Cum au furat Tariceanu si Nastase un miliard de euro prin retehnologizarea hidrocentralei Portile de Fier
Una din cele mai mari afaceri, aducătoare de bani pentru ‘băieţii deştepţi’ din România, a fost retehnologizarea hidrocentralei Porţile de Fier 1. Aceasta a început în 1997, pe vremea când Tăriceanu era ministru al Industriilor. Ceea ce a demarat, timid, Tăriceanu a fost adus la rang de ‘hoţie artistică’ pe vremea maeştrilor şmenurilor, adică Adrian Năstase şi Dan Ioan Popescu.
Aceştia au ‘furat’ peste un miliard de euro, adică preţul plătit de stat a fost cu un miliard de euro mai mare decât preţul normal al lucrărilor la hidrocentrală. Dar haideţi să vedem cum ne aburea Tăriceanu în 2008: “Încheierea unui contract pentru retehnologizarea hidrocentralei Porţile de Fier 1 era absolut necesară în 1997, în condiţiile în care se stabilise iminenţa producerii unor defecţiuni majore la hidroagregate. Producerea acestora ar fi periclitat sistemul energetic naţional şi ar fi determinat efecte economice greu de evaluat”.
Acest răspuns este parte din complicitatea la infracţiune. Cum Porţile de Fier 1 este doar jumătate din hidrocentrala Porţile de Fier, dacă este bolnavă jumătatea noastră, înseamnă că la fel de bolnavă este şi jumătatea aflată la sârbi. Numai că, aici, surpriză: sârbii au început retehnologizarea jumătăţii lor de hidrocentrală de-abia în 2008. Adică mai bine de zece ani jumătatea de la sârbi a funcţionat bine-mersi, cot la cot cu cea care se retehnologiza pe bani grei. Mai mult, partea sârbă (neretehnologizată) a furnizat cu 20% mai multă energie electrică decât asta reparată. Şi mai mult: în mulţi ani partea noastră de hidrocentrală a avut câte un grup (nou) defect.
Cam aşa s-au cheltuit bani publici în România lui Năstase şi Tăriceanu. Iar în această Românie s-au îmbogăţit indivizi precum Bogdan Buzoianu, al cărui firmă (Energy Holding) s-a ocupat de retehnologizarea Porţilor de Fier 1.
Epilog
În 2009 (sau 2010) Antena 1, a securistului Voiculescu, îl prezenta pe fiul lui Bogdan Buzoianu, care tocmai împlinise 18 ani. Cu această ocazie, tăticul s-a ocupat să aibă o tipă, frumoasă ca orice manechin, pentru că, nu-i aşa, o dată în viaţă împlineşti 18 ani. În tot acest timp, fraierii care plătesc facturile la energie electrică se gândesc la ce grea este viaţa în România şi privesc, normal, la Antena 1.
