Ratele la casă ale polițiștilor și militarilor, plătite de stat! Când ar putea intra legea în vigoare
Doisprezece senatori și deputați PSD au depus o propunere legislativă prin care anumiți polițiști și militari ar putea beneficia de bani de la stat pentru a-și plăti ratele la casă.
Propunerea legislativă a fost depusă la Camera Deputaților (aceasta este prima cameră sesizată) și urmează să intre la vot în curând, fiind avizată favorabil de către Consiliul Legislativ din Camera Deputaților.
La ora actuală, polițiștii și militarii beneficiază deja de o sumă de bani lunară pentru chirie, însă parlamentarii consideră că nu este suficient.
Concret, propunerea legislativă modifică mai multe articole din Statutul polițistului și din Statutul cadrelor militare, astfel:
* „Polițistul numit în prima funcție sau mutat în interesul serviciului într-o altă localitate decât cea în care își are domiciliul și care nu deține locuință proprietate personală în acea localitate, nici el și nici soția / soțul acestuia, în situația în care nu i se poate asigura spațiu de locuit corespunzător are dreptul la o compensație pentru chirie sau plata ratei / fracțiuni din rata unui împrumut contractat în vederea achiziționării unei locuințe, în cuantum de până la 50% din salariul de bază”.
* „Cadrele militare în activitate numite în prima funcție sau mutate în interesul serviciului într-o altă garnizoană decât cea în care își au domiciliul și care nu dețin locuință proprietate personală în acea garnizoană, nici ei și nici soțiile sau soții acestora, în situația în care nu li se poate asigura spațiu de locuit corespunzător, au dreptul la o compensație lunară pentru chirie sau plata ratei / fracțiuni din rata unui împrumut contractat în vederea achiziționării unei locuințe în cuantum de până la 50% din solda lunară”.

„Instituțiile din domeniul securității naționale sunt de o importanță deosebită pentru menținerea și restabilirea echilibrului, ordiniii și siguranței societății și respectarea drepturilor și libertăților cetățenești (…)
Un just echilibru între drepturile și obligațiile acestor cadre nu este doar dezirabil ci se impune deoarece recompensarea acestui personal proporțional cu rolul și locul pe care îl ocupă în societate reprezintă o garanție pentru respectarea de către aceste cadre a obligațiilor care le incumbă”.
