Erwin Albu, omul care a arătat că românii sunt cinstiți, a fost AMENDAT de autorități. Motivul? Autoservirea din gospodărie
Erwin Albu este agricultorul din Codlea care a dorit și a reușit să demonstreze că românii sunt cinstiți.
Acesta a pus în practică un experiment, în care a lăsat marfa la poartă, iar cei care voiau să le cumpere, lăsau o anumită sumă de bani ca și contravaloare, în funcție de cât credeau că face marfa achiziționată.
Oamenii își cântăresc singuri marfa și stabilesc prețul. În tot acest timp, produsele sunt lăsate nesupravegheate.
Erwin Albu s-a arătat încântat de rezultatele acestui experiment. “Românii au dovedit că sunt mai cinstiți decât faima lor negativă. Și au venit oameni din toate părțile țării, nu doar din zonă. Cele câteva exemple negative au fost clar puse în umbră de marea majoritate a “clienților cinstiți”. În primele două săptămâni, beneficiind și de o mediatizare foarte mare, în cutia poștală s-au adunat 3.000 de lei. Este copleșitor și sunt deosebit de încântat de rezultatul experimentului”, a spus el pentru Transilvania Reporter.
Așa cum se întâmplă, însă, de foarte multe ori, autoritățile au găsit de cuviință să-i pună bețe-n roate cetățeanului pe care, teoretic, îl deservesc.
“Mă așteptam ca autoritățile să nu priceapă experimentul de la Codlea, pentru că iese din paradigma acestora, dar nu mă așteptam să caute nod în papură. Pentru că asta au făcut și demonstrează că autoritățile nu sprijină inițiativele alternative. Nici după trei săptămâni, de exemplu, nu au venit să constate ce sau dacă sau cât spațiu public ocup, deși i-am invitat să îmi trimită impunerea de plată. Ca să nu mai produc gâlceavă, am tras oricum toată marfa la limita fațadei, în dreptul porții, care am noroc să fie mai amplasată mai în spate decât fațada casei.
Mă tot întreb cui deservește o primărie, dacă se dovedește că nu comunității? Vorba unui ziarist din Brașov, acum trebuie să ne așteptăm că vor introduce o taxă pe publicitatea adusă orașului nostru de cinstea oamenilor care s-au autoservit. Apoi furia și rapiditatea cu care s-au sesizat oficial că „e ceva în neregulă”, mă duce cu gândul cât de nepregătiți sunt funcționarii publici și că trăiesc în lumea lor birocratică. În primul rând, eu nu fac un act de comerț. Cei care vin, lasă doar dacă vor bani în cutia poștală, ca o donație”, a spus el.
Cuantumul taxelor pe care Primăria Codlea i-l impută lui Erwin Albu se traduce prin 216 ore de muncă în folosul comunității, pe care cetățeanul spune că le va presta cu plăcere.
Acesta afirmă că va continua experimentul.Acesta spune că românii trebuie să înțeleagă că avem toate atuurile pentru a redeveni o țară puternică, trebuie doar să fie folosite.
“Consumerismul ne-a acaparat și pe noi ca țară. Rafturile supermarketurilor ne îmbie cu de toate. Ni s-a băgat în cap că nu mai avem nevoie de țărani, că nu mai avem nevoie de propria grădină, că trebuie doar să ne umplem coșul cu ce e pe rafturi.n. Ce putem face să nu dispară această „avuție națională” nevalorificată? Să ne găsim fiecare câte un țăran, să îi comandăm produse bune, să îi plătim un preț bun pentru ele și să evităm să ne tăiem singuri craca de sub picioare alegând confortul de moment al împinsului căruciorului prin supermarketuri. Să ne creăm alternative. Trebuie să sprijinim rețelele scurte de distribuție și să alegem să consumăm cât mai mult din regiunile noastre. Trebuie să fim mai deștepți, pentru că avem tot ce ne trebuie la îndemână”, a spus el.
