Europeni din Est rupți în fund și proști, prea netrebnici ca să înțelegem de îndată măreața voastră viziune legată de viitorul Europei, avem necugetarea de a veni cu rugămintea să vă aplecați înțelepciunea și geniul revoluționar asupra noastră într-o chestiune pe care, în ignoranța noastră istorică, nu știm cum să o rezolvăm.
Nici nu se pune problema ca noi să nu fim de acord cu regionalizarea României și cu autonomia teritorială – cui o cere, noi o dăm, dacă așa binevoiesc să vină indicațiile prețioase de la Bruxelles. Doar că, țărani proști și nu prea duși pe la biserică, recunoaștem cu rușine profundă că nu știm cum să o facem.
Așa că îndrăznim să vă rugăm să ne luminați cu exemplul personal, pe care ne angajăm să îl urmăm neabătuți.
Purcedeți așadar la regionalizarea Germaniei, desființați regiunile istorice, fărîmițați landurile, acordați autonomie pe criterii etnice danezilor, italienilor și polonezilor, creați, vă rugăm, enclave autonome pentru toate comunitățile de turci, țigani, greci și arabi, salutați, cu ocazia Crăciunului și a Anului Nou, poporul german în limba turcă, cedați estul țării către țările baltice și nordul către Regatul Danez și orice altceva mai găsiți de cuviință să faceți pentru a ne băga nouă mințile în cap.
