Polonia ne arată calea: judecătorii și procurorii rămân fără imunitate!
De unde atâta teamă de magistrați? Judecătorii și procurorii dispun în România de putere nelimitată, de parcă ar fi niște dumnezei coborâți pe Pământ pentru a împărți discreționar dreptatea printre păcătoșii prea speriați ca să ridice privirile aplecate. Trăim în teroare fiindcă noi alegem să ne închinăm la sfinții magistrați, dar sunt convins că nu mai e mult până când normalitatea o să bată și la ușa noastră. Alții i-au deschis larg, înțelegând că toți oamenii sunt egali în fața legii și au aceleași drepturi. Dar au și obligații, mai ales obligații, iar greșeala la locul de muncă se plătește. Și se pedepsește. Polonia ne arată calea: judecătorii și procurorii rămân fără imunitate și vor putea fi trași la răspundere (condamnați, dacă e cazul) pentru toate abaterile profesionale!
În proiectul anunțat weekend-ul acesta, Partidul Lege şi Justiţie (PiS), aflat la guvernare, propune ca, pe viitor, toți magistrații să poată fi inculpaţi în proceduri penale. Decizia va necesita modificarea Constituţiei, dar asta nu reprezintă un impediment pentru PiS, care dispune de o majoritate confortabilă în Parlament și de o largă susținere în rândul populației poloneze.
Portavocile soroșiste, pe „on”
Imediat, s-au activat portavocile soroșiste, acești neomarxiști antrenați în cantonament la Bruxelles care mestecă dimineața, la prânz și seara o ciorbă cu aceleași ingrediente – statul de drept, independența justiției și lupta anticorupție.
„Abolirea imunităţii într-o situaţie în care procuratura este subordonată politic ar slăbi garanţiile independenţei sistemului judiciar. Politicienii ar decide de facto ce judecător poate fi eliminat dintr-un caz anume”, grohăie purtătorul de cuvânt al Asociației Iustitia, un ONG hrănit cu pipeta din fonduri soroșiste. De fapt, această asociație din care fac parte dumnezeii justiției poloneze s-a poziționat de partea cealaltă a străzii încă de la venirea la putere a Partidului Lege şi Justiţie, criticând constant și vehement orice inițiativă legislativă.
Fiindcă nu mai acceptă cazuri în care justiția imparțială și așa-zis dreaptă eliberează pe bandă rulantă violatori, pedofili, hoți, interlopi și criminali, guvernul de la Varșovia a decis să ia taurul de coarne. Taie în carne vie și anunță: orice magistrat poate fi condamnat și va plăti pentru greșeala sa! Inamovibilitatea judecătorilor se duce dracului, cu noua lege promovată de PiS.
Să recunoaștem că situația din Polonia se aseamănă foarte mult cu cea din România, țară transformată în ultimii ani, cu voia liderilor statului, în prima Republică a Procurorilor din UE! Diferența constă în acțiune – dacă Varșovia nu a acceptat ingerința Bruxellesului în treburile interne, chiar cu riscul activării articolului 7 (care nouă ne-a fost fluturat pe sub nas, ca o sperietoare), Bucureștiul a epuizat caietul de la atâtea notițe luate, ba a ajuns să mai ceară maculatură, că s-au cam înghesuit la ușă „profesorii” Occidentului care vor să dea lecții României.
