De la preluarea mandatului, parlamentarii au muncit, în total, 59 de zile, efortul maxim fiind depus în luna mai, când au lucrat 12 zile! Asta deși un ales primește în fiecare lună o indemnizație ce poate ajunge chiar și la 16.000 de lei! Pe lângă banii de cazare și benzină…
Indemnizația unui senator sau deputat pleacă de la 5.401 de lei pe lună, și ajunge, dacă parlamentarul face parte din comisii de specialitate sau din foruri de conducere, până la 16.000 de lei, cum este cazul președinților celor două camere, Călin Popescu Tăriceanu și Liviu Dragnea, informează Adevărul.
La indemnizația lunară se adaugă, pentru aleșii care nu sunt din București, o diurnă de 2% din indemnizația lunară pentru fiecare deplasare în București. Tot aceștia beneficiază și de peste 3.500 de lei pe lună pentru cazare în București, iar pentru a ajunge în Capitală, parlamentarii din circumscripțiile din țară beneficiază de gratuitate la mersul cu trenul sau avionul, iar dacă preferă deplasarea cu mașina, primesc 1.400 de lei bani de benzină.
Luna mai a fost una de foc pentru aleşi, fiind cea în care au lucrat cele mai multe zile, şi anume 12. În schimb, în martie, parlamentarii s-au întâlnit în doar trei şedinte comune.
Activitatea intensă din luna iunie este explicată prin moţiunea de cenzură a PSD împotriva propriul guvern. Cum vacanţa le bătea la uşă, parlamentarii şi-au pregătit bagajele şi au votat încă din 28 iunie legea prin care Guvernul este abilitat să emită Ordonanţe de Urgenţă. Asta în contextul în care guvernul condus de Mihai Tudose a primit votul de încredere abia o zi mai târziu.
