România a ajuns GROAPA DE GUNOI a Europei
Romania a ajuns groapa de gunoi a Europei. Autoritatile anunta ca au descoperit 16 camioane pline de gunoi menajer care intrau in tara sub forma de marfa reciclata.
Urmau insa sa fie aruncate la gropi de gunoi din 5 judete. Erau deseuri periculoase, sustine ministrul Mediului, care cere controale mai stricte la granita. Transporturile ilegale pot fi doar varful icebergului.
Ministerul Mediului a prezentat cateva poze cu deseurile aduse cu TIR-ul in Romania. In imagini se pot vedea chiar si deseuri medicale, extrem de periculoase. In acte, insa, acestea erau trecute ca produse reciclate, numai bune de folosit in productia textila.
Garda de mediu si politia de frontiera au stabilit si traseul acestor deseuri periculoase. 13 au venit din Germania, 2 din Ungaria si 1 din Austria. Urmau sa ajunga la 6 gropi de gunoi din 5 judete: Hunedoara, Ilfov, Buzau, Constanta si Prahova, informeaza stirileprotv.ro.
Ministrul Mediului a refuzat sa spuna care sunt operatorii economici la care ar fi ajuns aceste gunoaie, dar sugereaza ca transportul de gunoaie menajere din Uniunea Europeana in Romania pare o activitate obisnuita.
Cristiana Pasca Palmer, ministrul Mediului: „Cam 40% dintre ele mergeau la un singur operator. Acolo am trimis garda in control, s-a dovedit ca exista ilegalitati si ca era deja un „pattern” de a se proceda asa si am solicitat o ancheta penala. As vrea sa se inteleaga foarte clar pentru operatorii economici ca Romania nu este o tara care poate fi groapa de gunoi a Europei.”
Din pacate, in realitate lucrurile stau altfel. Taxele de la gropile de gunoi din Romania sunt cele mai mici din Uniunea Europeana. Cel mult 10 euro pentru o tona, fata de 180 in Germania. In aceste conditi, la fiecare TIR, importatorii de gunoaie economiseau mai bine de 3000 de euro. Nu este de mirare ca Romania a ajuns extrem de atractiva pentru cei care vor sa scape de deseuri.
In timp ce deseurile din tarile din Uniunea Europeana ajung la gropile de gunoi romanesti. O parte din deseurile noastre sunt aruncate la intamplare pe campuri.
