Se poate! Alba Iulia va renunța la artificiile de 1 Decembrie. Banii vor ajunge la victimele din Colectiv
Ieri, cîndva pe la amiază, am văzut pe internet ideea lui Costel Pătrășcan, prin care acesta le cerea autorităților publice de la el din oraș ca, în contextul accidentului din clubul Colectiv din București, unde zeci de persoane și-au pierdut viața în urma unui incendiu pornit de la niște artificii, să renunțe la focurile de artificii de la final de an, iar banii destinați acestor jocuri de artificii să fie donați victimelor și familiilor acestora.
Am zis că e o idee bună, am preluat-o, am adaptat-o la Alba Iulia și am postat-o pe pagina de facebook a abnews.ro. I-am rugat pe oamenii care sînt de acord cu ideea să semneze că sînt de acord, cu nume și prenume. Am notat, toată dupămasa de ieri și în dimineața de azi, peste 300 de nume, doar din Alba Iulia. Mulți, în timp ce foarte mulți alții, din alte orașe, au preluat ideea din mers ori și-au manifestat adeziunea la ea.
Au fost și cîțiva care nu au fost de acord cu renunțarea la artificii. Le-am mulțumit și lor de feedback.

Azi, luni, de la ora 13:00 a avut loc o ședință extraordinară a Consiliului Local Alba Iulia, în care s-au discutat cîteva puncte privind niște rectificări bugetare precum și acordarea unor avize. I-am cerut președintelui de ședință, viceprimarul Gabriel Pleșa, ca la punctul de diverse să mi se permită să expun ideea semnată, în mai puțin de o zi, de peste 300 de oameni.
După ce au fost votate punctele de pe ordinea de zi și s-a ajuns la diverse, primarul Mircea Hava a intervenit și a cerut consilierilor locali un vot consultativ pentru donarea fondului de rezervă al Primăriei, în valoare de 50.000 de lei, victimelor din Clubul Colectiv.
Am prezentat apoi ideea asumată, în mai puțin de o zi, de peste 300 de oameni. Am susținut faptul că, pe lîngă suma în sine, care ar putea ajunge la victimele de la colectiv, este vorba și de un gest simbolic. Un gest pe care l-ar putea face o autoritate publică după o tragedie, într-un moment în care pînă și Ziua Națională se poate desfășura fără artificii.
Am explicat, ca urmare a unor intervenții ale consilierilor, că numărul de semnături nu înseamnă, în mod automat, că majoritatea oamenilor din oraș sînt de acord cu renunțarea la artificii. Dar, în același timp, am explicat că există în mod evident un val de susținere, în condițiile în care peste 300 de oameni din Alba Iulia au susținut, într-o singură zi, pe internet, o astfel de idee, mai ales în condițiile în care opiniile contrare, exprimare în comentarii, nu depășesc numărul de 10.
Consilierii locali au discutat atît despre oportunitatea aplicării acestei idei, cît și alte idei venite în completare.
Consilierul local Pistol, de la Oarda, a avut o problemă cu artificiile de la nunți, chestiune pe care, recunosc, n-am prea înțeles-o și nu cred că a înțeles-o prea multă lume.
Simone Albani Rochetti a intervenit, spunînd că s-ar putea merge mai departe și s-ar putea dona toate sumele care, eventual, vor rămîne necheltuite cu ocazia festivităților.
Daniel Zdrînc și Ovidiu Jidveian, de la PSD, au declarat că vor prelua ideea și că, pînă săptămîna viitoare, vor concepe un proiect de Hotărîre de Consiliu prin care să se renunțe la artificii iar banii să fie redirecționați către victime.
Imediat după prezentarea ideii, Mircea Hava a declarat că susține ideea și că, mai mult, anul acesta festivitățile vor fi gîndite în așa fel încît să transmită un mesaj de decență. După care a mai zis niște chestii și a mai avut niște poziții despre care o să scriu în altă parte. După care a plecat din sală, pentru a se întîlni cu șeful ISU Alba.
Mihai Coșer, purtătorul de cuvînt la Primăriei, a explicat – imediat după ce a plecat primarul, că e nevoie de o poziție a consilierilor, dar fiind că Primăria, în calitate de organizator al evenimentelor, trebuie să discute cu firmele care susțin manifestările. Mai exact, se pare, costurile cu focurile de artificii, care ar fi evaluate undeva în jurul sumei de 10.000 de euro, urmează să fie plătite din sponsorizări, iar cei care sponsorizează evenimentele – prin parteneriatul cu Primăria – își pot direcționa sumele de bani spre orice. Adică, în cazul unei decizii de renunțare la artificii, cei din Primărie trebuie să discute cu respectivele firme astfel ca sumele de bani să ajungă la victimele din colectiv.
În final, viceprimarul Pleșa Gabriel a cerut un vot consultativ din partea consilierilor, vot care s-a încheiat cu 14 voturi pentru, nici un vot împotrivă și un singur vot de abținere, din partea consilierului Cornel Sandu, cel din clipul de mai sus, care întrebase și despre relevanța celor 300 de semnături care au însoțit ideea.
