Colonizarea unei națiuni eșuate
Romania de azi nu (mai) este o democratie nationala ci o ordine neo-feudala care a faramitat tara intr-o suma de baronate, de oligarhii sau de grupuri de interese locale si a transformat cetatenii in iobagi, in suspusi ai unor potentati parohiali.
Romanii de rand au renuntat la drepturile si libertatile cetatenesti in schimbul gratiei protectoare a oligarhilor locali. Spre a-si mentine puterea, amenintata de veleitati endogene si rivalitati exogene, potentatii abuzivi aflati la carma respectivelor baronate, la randul lor, au acceptat ori chiar au cautat arbitrajul corupt si coruptibil al unei conduceri centrale formate din “principi fara tara”. In ceea ce ii priveste pe cei din urma, spre a-si pastra statutul si a-si perpetua sistemul de privilegii garantat de el, acestia au „inchinat” teritoriul asupra caruia domnesc (dar pe care nu-l guverneaza) strainatatii, respectiv noilor imperii european si euro-atlantic. Protectia externa (evident, generos compensata prin cedarea atributelor suveranitatii statale dar si a controlului direct asupra celor mai strategice active/resurse autohtone) este menita sa descurajeze sau sa contrabalanseze contestarile interne. In fapt, conducatorii (nominali) ai statului roman actual nu mai pot fi inscaunati fara avizul strainatatii si se mentin in scaun doar cu sustinerea ei.
Trebuie spus, totusi, ca atitudinea imperiala a UE sau SUA fata de Romania nu este atat rezultatul dorintei acestora cat efectul faptului ca romanii le-au tratat ca si cand ar fi imperii suzerane si astfel, inca o data, forma a creat continut. De asemenea, romanii au „invitat” actorii regionali si globali sa preia conducerea tarii, internationalizand luptele politice interne si lasand impresia, prin nevolnicia cronica a guvernarilor succesive, ca intr-un stat cu semnificatie strategica pentru acei actori, puterea este vacanta. Intr-un atare context si in atari conditii natiunea a devenit un teritoriu, poporul o populatie, statul o colonie, cetateanul un serb iar democratia o impostura.
Prima problema a Romaniei nu este, deci, coruptia ci feudalizarea; coruptia este produsul feudalizarii, al unei ordini feudale care functioneaza intr-un invelis institutional democratic ori al unui fond feudal arhaic inghesuit intr-o forma nationala moderna. Actualii conducatori asa-zisi nationali ai Romaniei nu pot rezolva cu adevarat problema coruptiei intrucat eradicarea acesteia ar presupune combaterea feudalizarii. Or, neo-feudalismul este nu doar izvorul coruptiei ci si baza statutului lor.
In incercarea de a castiga timp, conducatorii de azi ai tarii ne spun ca Romania se poate moderniza doar lasandu-se civilizata de Occident; adica pornind de la starea de colonie. O colonie in care ei sunt si raman “guvernatori” sau “vice-regi”.
Cu alte cuvinte, Romania, ca stat national esuat, ar putea deveni stat national modern numai dupa ce va fi reeducata de metropolele occidentale. Astfel, independenta tarii ar fi abandonata, chipurile, nu spre a obtine garantii externe pentru pastrarea domniilor interne ci pentru a-i reciviliza pe romani si a-i readuce, pe un plan superior, la starea de natiune. Pe de alta parte, celor care deplang colonizarea Romaniei si cheama la actiune impotriva unui atare statut, li se spune ca lupta pentru decolonizare este prematura intrucat “misiunea coloniala” nu s-a incheiat si, deci, opera de civilizare prin colonizare nu este implinita inca.
Asadar, teza elitei actuale autoproclamat progresiste a Romaniei neo-feudale, este ca natiunea romana originara, nascuta ca forma fara fond si pervertita apoi de nefastul experiment national-comunist, nu a putut fi modernizata de regimul post-comunist ticalosit si astfel, a esuat. Cel din urma, in loc sa o europenizeze (prin europenizare intelegandu-se preluarea „adevaratului” model de democratie moderna apartinand vestului european si euro-atlantic), in ticalosia lui retrograda, a impins-o spre neo-feudalizare. Cu alte cuvinte, dupa colapsul comunismului real, la confluenta neo-comunismului de tranzitie cu capitalismul de cumetrie a aparut neo-feudalismul. Cum un proces natural de trecere de la statul feudal anacronic la statul national modern ar lua un timp prea indelungat, pastrand si chiar agravand decalajele civilizationale dintre Romania si Occident, ni se propune – sau, mai bine spus, se impune – acceptarea statutului de colonie prin care Occidentul ne modernizeaza direct, rapid si eficient; respectiv se proclama renuntarea la independenta. In cele din urma, redevenita natiune, Romania se va emancipa sau se va autodetermina dinnou; de asta data ca stat-natiune component al Imperiului European de Apus numit UE.
Asta se intampla acum in Romania. Sa fie oare acesta unicul drum pe care poate merge Romania spre un destin mai bun? Aceasta mai ales in conditiile in care democratia occidentala este ea insasi in criza iar lumea occidentala, cuprinsa de egoism national, este ea insasi corupta? Este acesta oare drumul pe care si-l doresc romanii? In deruta lor suicidara multi sustin, din nenorocire, un asemenea curs. Multi dar nu cei mai multi.
Mai are, insa, importanta optiunea majoritatii romanilor? Cei care cred ca optiunea romanilor este diferita si se bat pentru ca ea sa fie luata in considerare sunt in acelasi timp lideri anti-sistem (sistemul combatut fiind cel neo-feudal si neo-colonial iar nu cel national si democratic, Europa imperiala iar nu Europa federala) si lideri nationali adevarati. Ei sunt combatuti pana la anihilare de adeptii „modernizarii Romaniei prin colonizare”.
Anihilarea are loc prin asasinare civica sau politica iar tehnologia folosita este asa-zisa “lupta totala impotriva coruptiei”. O vedem zi de zi, ceas de ceas si in proportie de masa pe ecranele televizoarelor. Astfel, “industria anticoruptiei” care in prezent terorizeaza Romania, a transformat scopul – eradicarea coruptiei care, in realitate se poate realiza doar prin renationalizarea statului – in mijloc – adica in arma pentru lichidarea liderilor nationali, respectiv a celor care urmaresc renasterea natiunii romane prin forte proprii si modernizarea ei prin efort romanesc coerent.
Iata cheia care permite intelegerea criteriului de selectie unindu-i pe toti cei trimisi in masina de tocat a fabricilor celui mai corupt si mai anti-national sau anti-romanesc fundamentalism (talibanism) al “anti-coruptiei”. Condamnarea (a se citi „eliminarea”) are loc nu in functie de faptul ca esti necinstit sau cinstit, ca faci parte din cercurile opozitiei sau din cele ale puterii, ca esti fanul Presedintelui sau sustinator al Guvernului, ca esti om politic, om de afaceri sau om de cultura, ca esti bogat sau sarac, ca te pierzi in masa, te situezi in clasa de mijloc sau te ridici in elita. Cei urmariti si condamnati sunt cei care sunt, au potentialul de a fi sau capacitatea de a-i sprijini pe liderii nationali. Adica cei care refuza – explicit sau implicit, intentionat sau neintentionat, din motive corecte sau din motive gresite – atat feudalizarea cat si colonizarea Romaniei.
Din aceasta perspectiva miza nu mai este acum modernizarea sau feudalizarea ci supravietuirea sau disparitia natiunii romane ca natiune moderna de sine statatoare. Ca pierzand batalia romanii vor pierde totul, este indiscutabil. O atare disparitie nu va aduce, insa, vreun profit nici Occidentului. Dimpotriva. Numai de ar pricepe la timp aceste adevaruri cei ce mai pot face ceva; fie ei dinauntrul sau din afara sarmanei Romanii!
PS – Dupa terminarea redactarii acestui eseu mi-a parvenit o analiza publicata de Deutsche Welle (analiza a carei lectura a fost recomandata pe blogul personal chiar de catre Primul ministru Victor Ponta), potrivit careia „baronii locali sunt legitimi”, respectiv mai legitimi decat conducatorii de la centru ai statului roman. Concluzia este justa doar in conditiile unei ordini neo-feudale intrucat atunci, intr-adevar, „baronii locali” au un „contract social” direct cu poporul, care le este mai loial lor decat institutiilor centrale, in timp ce „principii de la centru”, lipsiti fiind de o „feuda” proprie (fiind, deci, „fara tara”) au exclusiv o legatura indirecta, mediata de cei dintai. Pornind de aici, analistii germani recomanda sa se treaca peste suveranitatea statului roman, se subantelege „ilegitim”, spre a se lucra direct cu „baronii locali cei legitimi”, macar si pentru faptul ca astfel costul „inevitabilei” coruptii romanesti va fi mai mic. Aparent in sprijinul proiectului de „descentralizare administrativa” a Romaniei, aceasta abordare nu are nimic comun cu ideea regionalizarii europene intr-o lume moderna si post-moderna, idee care nu urmareste regionalizarea Europei (cu desfiintarea statelor-natiune) ci europenizarea regiunilor (in scopul consolidarii statelor-natiune). In acest sens, o buna regionalizare sau descentralizare nu trebuie sa aiba la baza, sa consacre si sa legitimizeze puterea oligarhilor locali ci, dimpotriva, sa o desfiinteze si sa o integreze in ordinea democratica nationala romana, precum si in cea transnationala europeana. Ceea ce sugereaza, de fapt, articolul publicat de Deutsche Welle este condamnarea Romaniei la un statut special de tip colonial in cadrul UE. Trist, foarte trist! Grav, foarte grav! Inacceptabil, cu totul inacceptabil!
