Personal, nu sunt de acord cu opinia că frauda e ceva natural. Natura nu e nici fraudatoare nici cinstită. Natura este categoria de generalitate maximă. Omul în încercarea de a înţelege natura creează sisteme teoretice, se inspiră din natură, încearcă să copieze natura. Nu putem amesteca produsul gândirii cu abilităţile, deprinderile naturale. Omul creat de natură este în aceeaşi măsură cinstit sau necinstit, la fel cum este puternic sau slab fizic, mai inteligent sau mai puţin inteligent etc. Condiţiile în care omul se dezvoltă îşi lasă amprenta asupra acestuia, îl formează mai cinstit sau mai puţin cinstit, mai puternic sau mai slab, mai inteligent sau mai puţin inteligent etc. Gîndirea, învăţarea conştientă separă omul de celelalte fiinţe din natură. Nu putem spune că gândirea este o fraudă a naturii pentru că îi asigură omului un avantaj în comparaţie cu celelalte vieţuitoare. Societatea omenească este o junglă în măsura în care oamenii acceptă să facă abstracţie de gândire, în care omul renunţă la statul de fiinţă gânditoare, socială. Mulţi dintre cei consideraţi elite am renunţat la necesităţile superioare coborând spre cele de bază, fiziologice. În loc să încercăm să modelăm societatea ne lăsăm atraşi de comoditatea clişeelor, a efortului intelectual minim, de manelizarea intelectului.
Nu mai cumpărăm cărţi pentru că nu mai vrem să citim. Pentru ce să citim dacă nu ne ajută la nimic?! Aiureli de intelectuali! Nu mai citim nimic. Nu mai pierdem timpul cu prostii. Fiecare avem alte lucruri extraordinar de grele de rezolvat. Nu mai medităm la nimic altceva decât cum să facem bani prin afaceri sau prin politică, adică necinstit, de cele mai multe ori, şi într-un caz şi în celălalt. Nu ne mai interesează celălalt decât ca posibil fraier. Ne-am săturat de comunism, de prostiile cu statul, ţara, istoria etc. Fiecare pentru el e regula zilei de astăzi. Orice motiv e bun pentru a te uita la celălalt cu ochi de animal de pradă, pieziş şi rece. Moare? Foarte bine, un concurent mai puţin, sau poate foarte rău, un fraier mai puţin. Concurenţa, fraiereala, banii, afacerea acestea sunt tot ce contează. Până la ce nivel a urcat această plagă, această ciupercă? Până sus şi s-a extins pe orizontală peste tot – educaţie, justiţie, sănătate etc. Rarele pete neatinse sunt insignifiante. Majoritatea contează în democraţie. Majoritatea dă tonul. „Cum este sacul aşa şi petecul!” Cum este în alte ţări? Ce contează că în alte ţări lucrurile se desfăşoară normal? Şi în România se desfăşurau oarecum normal până în 1989 şi ni s-a spus că trebuie o schimbare. Avem schimbare. De la totul la comun la totul la privat. Nu e bine? Totul trebuie să aibă un stăpân, un voievod, un cneaz, un baron, un feudal, un patron ce-o fi, numai privat să fie. Ne reîntoarcem la epoca cnezatelor şi voievodatelor. Cneazul Adrian al Sudului, voievodul Marian al Vrancei, jupânul Radu al Sud-Est-ului şi aşa mai departe.
Nu ne mai batem capul cu viitorul, prezentul contează. Competiţia pentru mai mult ne acaparează toate energiile. Şi înainte ne plângeam şi aveam frigiderele burduşite. Acum ne plângem pentru că ne uităm la vecini şi ni se pare că au mai mult.
Lasă-l dracului de stat, de viitor şi de ţară nu vezi că ne-o ia ăsta înainte, ai timp de prostii, vrei să mori de foame? Are cine să se ocupe de astea. Cine? Statul. Statul trebuie să se ocupe de binele nostru în timp ce noi furăm cât putem de la el. Păi statul dispare, mai rămâne numai pe hârtie! Să dispară că nu mai are nimic, am furat tot, nu ne mai dă nimic, dă-l dracului de stat. Ne descurcăm noi şi fără el.
Astăzi, abia, înţeleg adevăratul înţeles al îndemnului „La ţepe!” pe care iniţial l-am perceput ca pe o încurajare la pedepsirea hoţilor. De fapt, îndemnul era adresat clicii jecmănitoare: „Hai să le dăm ţepe fraierilor!” Hoţii distrug ţara şi apoi trăiesc bine în alte părţi. Sau procedează ca acei paraziţi care trăiesc neştiuţi în corpul gazdei pe care nu o omoară imediat pentru a nu îşi pierde sursa de hrană şi locul în care se adăpostesc. Paraziţii prosperă iar gazda se usucă pe picioare. Trebuie să murim cu ei de gat. Sub nici o formă şi în nici o circumstanţă nu trebuie să scape nepedepsiţi. Justiţia trebuie făcută. Nu trebuie să scape. Niciodată atîta timp cît mai trăieşte fie şi un singur român cinstit.
Laşitatea de a ne afirma opinia, de a ne manifesta împotriva nedreptăţilor, de a comunica şi de a găsi pe alţii cu opinii asemănătoare, ne transformă în slugi, în instrumente docile ale sistemului condus de necinstiţi. Acceptând necinstea suntem noi înşine necinstiţi. Acceptarea necinstei anulează dreptul la opinie împotriva ei. A te pronunţa împotriva necinstei totuşi acceptând-o, transformă gestul într-un demers necinstit de a încerca să beneficiezi de oportunităţile necinstite criticînd în acelaşi timp tocmai metodele pe care le foloseşti. Hoţul strigă Hoţii! A sta pe margine ne include în categoria necinstiţilor, a celor care acceptă. Cârdăşia laşilor, spiritul de turmă, sentimentul de siguranţă dat de atmosfera călduţă a mulţimii, de mulţimea de fricoşi fără coloană vertebrală, umili şi obedienţi nu schimbă lucrurile în bine, nu le transformă în valori pozitive, dau numai iluzia unei alte realităţi. Demnitatea se cucereşte şi se menţine prin luptă. Fiecare individ are propria demnitate pentru a cărei apărare nu poate fi delegat altcineva. Libertatea şi demnitatea sunt valori care nu ţin de foame dar sunt esenţiale pentru existenţa unui individ şi a unui popor. Când ajungi să le tranzacţionezi, să le consideri marfă, dispar. Când încerci să-ţi negociezi demnitatea sau libertatea înseamnă că nu le ai. Demnitatea şi libertatea nu-ţi permit să le negociezi.
Lupta pentru demnitate şi libertate presupune găsirea soluţiilor împotriva necinstei. Nu există soluţii miraculoase, universale sau şcoli speciale. Educaţia ar trebuie să formeze aceste valori la copii şi tineri pentru a le folosi în decursul vieţii. Copii şi tinerii aud vorbindu-se numai despre bani şi cred că banii pot cumpăra demnitatea şi libertatea. Unii chiar identifică demnitatea şi libertatea cu banii şi puterea. Eşti demn şi liber dacă ai bani şi putere, consideră aceşti nefericiţi. Şcolile noastre formează, în general, spiritul de necinste mai degrabă decât valorile libertăţii, demnităţii, cinstei şi onoarei. Acestea au fost înlocuite de spiritul anteprenorial în înţeles românesc. Obişnuirea copiilor cu necinstea, strâmba măsură, mita, obedienţa şi umilirea este rezultatul activităţii multor cadre didactice din şcolile noastre. Puţin câte puţin copilul este făcut să înţeleagă cum stă treaba, care sunt condiţiile pentru a fi considerat un elev bun. Deşi şocantă, următoarea comparaţie are multe elemente adevărate: la fel ca puşcăriile şi multe dintre şcolile noastre obţin rezultatul contrar a ceea ce s-ar aştepta de la ele – puşcăriile înrăiesc infractorii iar şcolile deformează caracterul copiilor obişnuindu-i cu necinstea. Lăcomia şi necinstea unor cadre didactice, laşitatea şi incompetenţa altora otrăvesc viitorul copiilor noştri. Oare ce statură morală au aceste cadre didactice, cum se privesc în oglinda interioară? Oare cum cred că sunt apreciate de copii pe care îi educă? Speră la ceva pozitiv? Judecata copiilor nu iartă. Singura lor şansă e la Dumnezeu să fie iertaţi de aceste adevărate crime morale şi sociale.
Ne obişnuim cu necinstea, aşa cum se spunea pe timpuri, ca ţiganul cu bătaia. (Acum timpurile s-au schimbat – încă puţin şi putem să schimbăm ţiganul cu românul.) Considerăm naturală, adaptarea la necinste. Foarte mulţi considerăm că nu se poate face nimic pentru a opri generalizarea necinstei dar fără a face ceva în acest sens, gesturi concrete. Primul pas este să ne hotărâm de care parte ne aflăm fiecare. Demnitatea, libertatea, cinstea şi alte valori morale nu permit jumătăţi de măsură: există sau nu. Aici este o primă luptă, cu sine însuşi. Nu te poţi declara împotriva necinstei şi să continui să înşeli. Următorul pas este să îţi asumi şi să îţi afirmi poziţia. Clar şi fără dubiu. Ieşirea din ceaţă, la lumină e dificilă. Aici ezităm cei mai mulţi. (Ambiguitatea şi ambivalenţa sunt caracteristice necinstei. Echivocul, incertitudinea, apele tulburi, ambiguitatea sunt considerate mai comode pentru timpurile de criză, când nu ştii ce timpuri vin. Mai bine aşteptăm. Şi aşa aşteptăm de vreo câteva mii de ani. Ezităm în a lua decizii definitive. Alţii nu ezită şi ne stăpânesc.) E clar că mulţi dintre cei necinstiţi vor încerca să pară cinstiţi, se vor declara astfel. E calea lor. Tocmai aici începe o altă luptă. E nevoie de cât mai mulţi, de toţi cei a căror opinie stă împotriva necinstei pentru a-i identifica şi îndepărta pe necinstiţi. Cei care nu pot construi ceva, pot participa, pot ajuta la îndepărtarea obstacolelor, îşi pot oferi ajutorul.
Şi copii înţeleg că dacă nimeni nu face nimic nu se întâmplă nimic. E nevoie de mai mulţi să schimbi ceva într-un sistem, într-o profesie, în cartier, în oraş, în ţară. Dacă nu îmi comunic opiniile, cel de alături de unde să ştie ce gândesc? Pe timpurile vechi ne era frică de Securitate că ne arestează, acum de ce ne mai ferim? Mulţi vor răspunde că se tem de pierderea locului de muncă. E un fals argument. A lupta pentru demnitate şi libertate nu înseamnă a lupta neapărat împotriva angajatorului tău, decât numai dacă acesta este necinstit. A lupta împotriva necinstei nu înseamnă neapărat pierderea locului de muncă decât numai dacă presupune să fii părtaş la necinste. Este foarte trist că mulţi dintre noi îi admirăm pe marii necinstiţi, ne-am dori să fim în locul lor. Este foarte trist că a fi necinstit nu e ruşinos. Nu mai e nici o ruşine pentru cadre didactice, poliţişti, judecători, avocaţi, judecători, politicieni, ofiţeri şi generali de armată, foşti prim miniştri, foşti miniştri, pentru nimeni în general să fie anchetat şi condamnat la închisoare. Ne-am obişnuit cu neruşinarea, tupeul, nesimţirea, prostia, necinstea, ticăloşia, proasta creştere, incompetenţa, reaua voinţă, obrăznicia, superficialitatea şi cu toate apucăturile negative care decurg din lipsă de educaţie, lipsă de orizont, corupţie şi lene. Cred că nu va mai trece mult şi unii vor avea şi statui, din moment ce alţii sunt deja pictaţi în biserici şi ocupă spaţiul media complet. Acestea sunt modelele societăţii, aceşti indivizi ne sunt prezentaţi zi şi noapte, permanent, cu încăpăţânare de profesioniştii manipulării, ne sunt implantaţi în creiere pe toate canalele. Acesta e standardul pe care trebuie să-l adoptăm. Totul este reclamă. Dacă până acum reclama era numai la produse comerciale, acum există şi produse politice, culturale şi de alte multe feluri.
Ce sens are să fim cinstiţi când multă lume e necinstită şi o duce mai bine? Mai bine ne perfecţionăm şi noi în necinste. Ce tot atâtea predici despre cât de rea este necinstea? Interlopii nu o duc bine? Politicienii, poliţiştii, judecătorii şi funcţionarii corupţi nu o duc bine? Toată lumea fură, mai mult sau mai puţin, fiecare cât poate. Numai fraierii nu fură. Fraierii cu principii. Important e să trăieşti mai bine cu muncă mai puţină. Ia uită-te la mahării din fruntea agenţiilor guvernamentale, sau la lichelele de parlamentari şi miniştri. Statul face ce vrea cu banii, fiecare fură cât poate. Păi dacă cei care conduc ţara fură ca în codru noi să stăm ca sfinţii? Numai fraierii stau pe margine. Ce e rău că vreau să trăiesc mai bine? Şi ce dacă ne îndatorăm şi o să plătească strănepoţii? Şi ce dacă o să ajungem să trăim într-un ev mediu modern, cu stăpâni şi servitori moderni? Stăpânul va avea grijă de noi, ne va face viaţa suportabilă, nici nu vom simţi că nu suntem liberi. Vom avea iluzia deplină a libertăţii. Dacă vom fi total obedienţi, stăpânul ne va folosi în firmele lui şi vom promova ca servitori şefi. Vom fi utili stăpânului. Vom fi foarte mândri să muncim pentru stăpânul nostru. Vom avea demnitatea de a fi servitorii stăpânului nostru. Am putea chiar să-l şi iubim, mai ales dacă ar fi rege. Şi cred că atunci nu ar mai fi atâţia hoţi pentru că stăpânul i-ar pedepsi. Cum să furi de la stăpân?!
E normal într-o ţară ţinută captivă de necinste, delăsare, individualism exacerbat, spoială, dorinţă de câştig fără muncă, apatie şi mai presus de orice, de refuzul valorilor morale şi spirituale, de respingerea şi negarea elitelor reale ale acestui neam. România este captivă cu concursul nostru al tuturor. Atunci când mai mulţi ne vom decide să ne salvăm, atunci România, noi toţi vom fi liberi şi demni. Atunci vom putea spera la o societate normală, în care valoarea şi efortul să fie recunoscute şi răsplătite, părerea individului să fie luată în considerare, statul să lucreze în beneficiul tuturor cetăţenilor să garanteze şi să apere drepturile lor. Dar aceste lucruri nu se nasc din neant, nu sunt creaţia unor supraoameni. Pentru aşa ceva este nevoie să lupte toţi cetăţenii, să-şi exprime opinia fiecare iar elitele să fie în primul rând, respectate şi ascultate. Necinstiţi există peste tot, dar în ţările civilizate, la care ne uităm cu admiraţie, acestora nu li s-a permis să se impună şi se luptă împotriva lor permanent şi fără compromisuri, opinia generală respingând necinstea.
Cum, noi care suntem de atâta timp aici să facem ceva? Păi nu înţelegi că după atâtea mii de ani, fiecare român este spiţă regească şi nu are voie să facă ceva, trebuie să i se dea, să i se facă. Noi nu avem voie să facem nimic. Alţii trebuie să vină se ne facă, să ne rezolve problemele, noi trebuie doar să aşteptăm.
Aşteptaţi fraţilor!
Oare cât? Între timp ne furăm căciula singuri. Ce e clădit pe necinste nu rezistă. Cel mai bun exemplu sunt examenele de bacalaureat din ultimii ani care au demonstrat că merge să îţi furi căciula patru ani de liceu dar nu rezişti unei probe adevărate fie aceasta şi în România, ce să mai zicem de competiţia internaţională cu reguli de piaţă. La intern merge, cu exportul e mai greu. Nu mă refer la cules de fructe care a fost una dintre principale ocupaţii ale omului din comuna primitivă.
