nregistrările dintre doi agenți FBI scot la iveală prejudecățile teribile despre români care persistă în rândul oficialilor americani, situație cu atât mai îngrijorătoare cu cât parteneriatul strategic româno-american este în vigoare de mai bine de 10 ani.
Astfel, săptămâna trecută au fost date publicității niște stenograme ale discuțiilor între agentul FBI Peter Strzok și unul dintre avocații instituției, Lisa Page.
Atât Strzok, cât și Page, au jucat roluri importante în investigația privind presupusul „complot” dintre Donald Trump și Rusia. Într-un dialog purtat pe 9 mai 2016 aceștia jignesc grav poporul român.

Hackerul român cunoscut sub pseudonimul de „Guccifer” a susținut că a intrat pe serverul de email al fostului secretar de stat și candidat la președinția SUA, Hillary Clinton. Atât Strzok, cât și Page, au făcut parte din echipa care a investigat incidentul cu emailul doamnei Clinton, dar și în grupul strâns de procurorul Robert Mueller pentru a cerceta acuzațiile legate de implicarea Rusiei în alegeri. De altfel, Strzok a fost Asistentul Adjunctului Direcției de Constraspionaj a FBI.
Strzok a fost eliminat din echipa lui Mueller în iulie, după ce Inspectorul General al Departamentului de Justiție a descoperit schimburile părtinitoare de mesaje cu Page. Ambii au rămas activi în FBI.
Schimbul de replici a fost inclus în documentul de 384 de pagini făcut public de către Comitetul pentru Afaceri Guvernamentale și Securitatea Patriei din Senatul American, precizează The Daily Caller. Documentul integral este accesibil aici.
Afirmațiile despre români ale celor doi oficiali americani sunt cu atât mai grave cu cât autoritățile române au recunoscut de mai multe ori că organele judiciare din România au colaborat cu omologii lor din Statele Unite, inclusiv FBI.
