Zeci de persoane se plang, incepand de duminica, de faptul ca Facebook le-a blocat conturile sau posibilitatea de a posta pe paginile lor, dupa ce au distribuit sau publicat materiale legate de protestele antiguvernamentale. Cei mai multi sunt informati ca postarile lor sunt “suspecte de spam”, “incalca standardele comunitatii” sau “folosesc incorect” unele instrumente ale retelei de socializare.
Foarte multe reclamatii s-au strans pe pagina lui Dragos Stanca, seful companiei Thinkdigital, ce lucreaza cu Facebook in campanii publicitare si ale proiecte de comunicare in social media. Dragos Stanca a cerut, duminica, oamenilor sa ii semnalizeze conturi blocate “automat si aparent abuziv, prin raportare masiva”, el afirmand ca va incerca sa afle “daca e sau nu un fenomen coordonat”.

- persoane care reclama faptul ca nu li se afiseaza in feed ceea ce au publicat altii despre proteste
