”Ucigașul tăcut” din casele românilor.
Concluziile unui studiu realizat timp de 15 ani recent arată că în cartiere cu blocuri debranșate de la sistemul centralizat unde s-au montat centrale de apartament pe gaz, cu evacuare pe orizontala, a crescut mortalitatea de cancer de peste 4 ori, în special la tineri.
Datele urmează fi prezentate pe 19 octombrie în cadrul unei conferințe susținute în Academie de Studii Economice (ASE) București, relatează Libertatea.ro.
„Prin centrala din perete ies peste 70 de produși cancerigeni! Poluarea la interior este mai complexă decât cea de la exterior, concentrațiile unor poluanți, ca de exemplu dioxidul de azot, fiind mai mare la interior”, avertizeaza, dupa 15 ani de cercetări, Academician Prof. dr. docent Gheorghe Benga, membru al Academiei Române, potrivit sursei citate.
Acești poluanți mutageni și genotoxici, precum și particulele ultrafine de funingine, sunt cancerigene.
Mai mult, funinginea este pe primul loc în listele de agenți cancerigeni în toate țările.
Profesorul Benga a declarat pentru Bihoreanul.ro că poluanţii din gazele de ardere ajung în organismul locuitorilor din imobil şi le provoacă, în timp, afecţiuni grave de la simple iritaţii la infarct miocardic, căderi urmate de traumatism cranian sau fracturi de col femural, stop cardiac.
Situaţia este şi mai îngrijorătoare în cazul proprietarilor care şi-au montat geamuri termopan deoarece mențin factorii poluanţi în interiorul casei.
„Uitaţi-vă la blocurile care au centrale de apartament.
Dacă gazele de ardere au scorojot faţadele, ce credeţi că fac cu plămânii noştri?”, a întrebat retoric Benga.
„Foarte mulţi oameni aflaţi în vecinătatea microcentralelor s-au plâns de migrene şi de iritaţii produse de oxizii de azot.
Totodată, în cartierul meu s-au produs foarte multe decese din cauza cancerelor pe scările unde sub ei erau centrale termice şi chiar şi la ei în apartamente”, a spus cu altă ocazie prof. dr. Gheorghe Benga.
Care ar fi soluția
Profesorul prezintă și soluția la această problemă: se montează o tubulatură comună de dirijarea gazelor de ardere peste acoperișul blocului, iar țevile de evacuare a gazelor de la toate centralele branșate la tub ar trebui dotate cu o clapetă gravitațională, care să nu permită accesul gazelor în apartament de la centralele vecinilor în apartamente, mai notează Libertatea.ro.
Dacă îţi încălzești apartamentul sau casa cu centrală termică trebuie să știi că din toamnă, intră în vigoare noi reglementări.

Vicepreşedintele Asociatiei Nationale a Prestatorilor de Servicii de Contorizare si Calcul al Utilitatilor (ANPSC) a spus la România TV că o directivă europeană, care va intra în vigoare în toamna acestui an, va obliga oamenii care vor centrala termica de apartament să scoată mai mulţi bani din buzunar.
Directiva, care intră în vigoare în data de 26 septembrie 2015, obligă doar vânzarea centralelor termice cu condensare.
Decizia va afecta milioane de români pentru că în prezent 1,5 milioane de familii se încălzesc cu centrale de apartament, iar în fiecare an, în România, se vând 150.000 de astfel de centrale. Acestea costa intre 4.500 de lei şi 7.000 de lei, în funcţie de dimensiunea locuinţei, noteaza Ziarul Unirea
Ionuţ Nejloveanu, vicepreşedintele Asociatiei Nationale a Prestatorilor de Servicii de Contorizare si Calcul al Utilitatilor (ANPSC), a declarat la România TV că în nicio ţară europeană nu se permite montarea centralei în apartament pentru că ele, în primul rând, poluează. Tot el a spus că oamenii sunt obligaţi ca din 10 în 10 ani să schimbe centrala de apartament.
„Poluatorul plăteşte. Oamenii care şi-au montat centrală nu au fost sfătuiţi de legislaţia ce va urma. Despre această deirectivă se ştie de mult timp. De asemenea, se ştie şi că se va introduce taxa pe coş, că oamenii vor fi obligaţi să-şi monteze coşuri de inox care să polueze sus şi nu în bucătăria celui de deasupra.
Costurile de întreţinere ale centralelor de apartament vor fi mari. Dacă facem un calcul simplu, o centrală de apartament, cu calorifere cu tot, costă în jur de 10.000 de lei. Haideţi să vedem dacă în 10 ani, pentru că din 10 în 10 ani legea spune ca centrala trebuie schimbată, ea se amortizează”, a spus Nejloveanu.
