Cât încasează lunar un parlamentar
Deputatul USR de Neamț, Iulian Bulai, a făcut publice sumele pe care un parlamentar le încasează. Pe lângă indemnizație și banii primiți pentru funcționarea cabinetului parlamentar, aleșii primesc, în funcție de situație, și diurnă pentru a participa la ședințe, diurnă de deplasare, bani pentru locuință și pentru combustibil.
Indemnizația unui senator sau deputat care are funcție de conducere într-o comisie parlamentară este de 5.564 lei. Net. La aceasta încep să se adune alte sume, după cum arată deputatul Bulai, pe contul său de Facebook:
„Mai dispunem de următoarele sume:
– 4.600 RON, sumă forfetară pentru locuința în București (doar pentru parlamentarii care nu au domiciliu în București)
– 1.400 RON, combustibil
– 476 RON, suma alocată pentru deplasări în circumscripția electorală
– 616 RON, diurna pe ianuarie (se primește 160 RON pe zi de activitate în plen)
– 11.400 RON, suma forfetară pentru activitatea parlamentară (cabinet parlamentar, angajați, protocol, alte cheltuieli). Aceasta este suma brută din care se scad și taxele angajatorului. Suma netă poate varia între 8.500 și 9.500 RON. Această sumă este singura care nu se folosește în scop personal. Jumătate trebuie decontată pe bază de acte justificative, jumătate pe bază de declarație pe proprie răspundere”.
Deputatul USR spune că și-a făcut publice veniturile în spritul transparenței. „Într-o Românie unde deciziile se iau în miez de noapte și pe ascuns, transparența este o valoare fundamentală în activitatea mea ca parlamentar”, argumentează Bulai.
