Una dintre teoriile care intoxică mințile multor români este cea care spune că românii au trădat în istorie cu orice ocazie, că, în consecință, ne-am făcut o imagine de popor pe care nu se poate conta. Din ignoranță sau cu bună știință, promotorii acestei teorii au scos din ecuație șirul lung de trădări occidentale față de România – din Evul Mediu, până în prezent…
Astfel, românii au fost trădați de Occident atât pe vremea lui Vlad Țepeș și a lui Mihai Viteazul, cât și pe vremea Primului și a celui de Al Doilea Război Mondial. Să nu mai vorbim de ultimii ani, când occidentul a devenit principalul agresor economic al Româniai, cel care ne-a pus pe butuci, pentru a ne lua toate resursele și a ne transforma într-o simplă piață de desfacere.
În acest context, un scurt istoric al trădărilor Occidentului față de România este mai mult decât bine venit, pentru a le deschide ochii celor care sunt orbi sau pentru a le da jos ochelarii de cal celor care nu se uită decât într-o singură direcție.
