Armata SUA a MINŢIT în aşa zisul război împotriva ISIS, reiese dintr-un raport al Congresului american
Raport exploziv al Congresului american, care acuză armata SUA că a mințit în legatură cu războiul împotriva teroriştilor Statului Islamic. Astfel responsabilii militari sunt suspectaţi că au prezentat o imagine mult prea optimistă şi au ascuns informaţii importante, informează B1 TV.
Raportul mai precizează că aproape jumătate dintre analiști au răspuns că au fost supuși presiunilor pentru a deforma sau suprima unele informații în timpul anului trecut.
“De la jumătatea anului 2014 până la jumătatea lui 2015, responsabilii Comandamentului forțelor americane în Orientul Mijlociu au manipulat producția de informații pentru a atenua amenințarea pe care o reprezenta gruparea Statul Islamic în Irak” a spus reublicanul Mike Pompeo.
Iar raportul unei comisii a congresului american acuză că responsabilii militari americani au cosmetizat informațiile pe care le difuzau despre eforturile SUA în lupta împotriva grupării jihadiste Statul Islamic, prezentând o imagine mult prea optimistă.
Autorii raportului au intervievat zeci de analiști ai – Comandamentul forțelor americane în Orientul Mijlociu. Mulți dintre aceștia au considerat încadrarea lor la vremea respectivă ca fiind de intoxicare. Raportul mai precizeaza ca aproape 40 % dintre analiști au răspuns că fuseseră supuși presiunilor pentru a deforma sau suprima unele informații în timpul anului trecut.
Inspectorul general al Pentagonului face în prezent o anchetă internă asupra acestui subiect. Tocmai de aceea Ministerul Apărării nu a răspuns detaliat deocamdată acuzațiilor formulate în raportul comisiei parlamentare, noteaza France Presse.
