Moment istoric în Franța: propunerea premierului pentru musulmani
Într-un articol scris de premierul Manuel Valls şi publicat de săptămânalul Le Journal du Dimanche, citat de AFP, şeful executivului francez consideră că în condiţiile în care ‘islamul şi-a găsit locul în Republica’ Franceză, atunci este ‘urgent să se construiască un veritabil pact’ cu această religie, a doua din Franţa.
Premierul Valls mai propune ‘revizuirea unor reguli’, astfel încât finanţările oferite din exterior comunităţii musulmane să fie diminuate, în paralel cu sporirea fondurilor acordate acesteia în Franţa.
Într-un interviu acordat anterior cotidianului Le Monde, el a cerut în mod deosebit ca ‘imamii să fie formaţi în Franţa, nu în altă parte’.
Tot în ediţia de duminică a publicaţiei Le Journal du Dimanche, circa 40 de personalităţi musulmane s-au declarat ‘preocupate de neputinţa organizării actuale a islamului în Franţa’.
Între timp, ancheta privind atacul de marţi din biserica de la Saint-Etienne-du-Rouvray se concentrează pe mediul în care evoluau cei doi jihadişti (ucişi în intervenţia forţelor de ordine), Abdel Malik Petitjean şi Adel Kermiche, ambii în vârstă de 19 ani şi aflaţi în atenţia serviciilor de informaţii franceze. Cel din urmă încercase să plece în Siria de două ori în 2015 şi a fost inculpat pentru legături cu terorismul şi plasat în detenţie în Franţa, dar a beneficiat de o eliberare condiţionată.
Într-un interviu acordat săptămânalului La Vie, două călugăriţe care au fost luate ostatice de aceşti jihadişti în respectiva biserică au povestit că, după ce l-au ucis pe preot, unul dintre ei a spus: ‘Atât timp cât vor fi bombe în Siria, vom continua atentatele’.
