Familia Regală vrea să fie scutită de taxa locală pe Castelul de la Săvârşin. Motivul invocat este revoltător
Familia Regală solicită autorităților din Săvârșin să fie scutită de la plata taxei locale pentru castelul pe care îl deține în localitate. Motivul invocat este statutul de veteran de război al Regelui Mihai I.
Primarul comunei Săvârșin, Ioan Vodicean, a declarat pentru Hotnews că pana anul trecut, impozitele aplicate asupra domeniului regal din Săvârșin aduceau venituri la bugetul local de circa 33-35.000 de lei anual.
Biroul de Presa al Majestății Sale Regelui Mihai I precizează că “prevederea a intrat în vigoare cu noul Cod Fiscal, la 1 ianuarie 2016. Majestatea Sa Regele și Familia Regală, au sprijinit, începând din anul 1943, în multiple și variate feluri comunitatea săvârșineană și vor continua să o facă”.
Casa Regală a României este una foarte bogată. Ocupă locul 81 în Top 300 Capital 2015, cu o avere de 58-60 milioane de euro.
Mii de hectare de terenuri agricole şi de păduri, castele şi numeroase păduri au aparţinut Familiei Regale a României până în 1948, când au trecut în proprietatea statului. După Revoluţie, multe din proprietăţile pierdute au fost recuperate, scrie Top 300 Capital 2015.
Presa a consemnat că, în prezent, Familia Regală ar deţine patru castele, aproape 20.000 de hectare de pădure, trei imobile şi un teren în Bucureşti, un imobil şi terenuri în Sinaia şi câteva cabane în zona Azuga-Predeal.
Membrii Casei regale au avut şi un imobil în localitatea elveţiană Versoix, pe care însă l-ar fi vândut în urmă cu ceva timp.
Averea Casei Regale este administrată de Consiliul Regal.
