Iată de ce Legea 217/2015, antilegionară, nu condamnă comunismul
Klaus Iohannis a promulgat în aceste zile Legea 217/2015, supranumită „Legea antilegionari”, prin care oricine face o apreciere la adresa lui Constantin Noica sau Mircea Vulcănescu riscă 3 ani de închisoare. Iniţiatorii acestei legi sînt Crin Antonescu (!!!), ministrul Andrei Gerea şi George Scutaru, fost consilier al lui Iohannis, actualmente client al DNA. Fie-le numele uitat!
Ce surprinde în mod absolut este că, din toţi cei aproape 600 de parlamentari, nu a existat nici măcar unul care să voteze împotriva acestui act normativ. La fel s-a întîmplat şi la Cotroceni, unde Klaus Iohannis, atît de grijuliu în privinţa Codului fiscal, nu s-a gîndit nici măcar o clipă la consecinţele acestei aberaţii legislative. Parcă toţi vor să se pună bine cu cineva care dă certificate de bună purtare!
Dintre cei trei parlamentari ce au iniţiat Proiectul Legii 217/2015, cel mai mult surprinde Crin Antonescu, care este profesor de istorie şi ar fi trebuit să fie ceva mai prudent, ştiind că faptele istorice nu pot fi „îngurgitate” oricum, ci necesită o cercetare atentă, astfel încît Adevărul istoric să nu fie acoperit de interese străine de o cercetare obiectivă. L-am avut invitat într-o emisiune TV pe Crin Antonescu şi mi s-a părut că este ceva mai „dezgheţat” în opinii, din moment ce am putut discuta despre Heidegger, pe care, într-o anumită perioadă, unii l-au considerat simpatizant al ideologiei fasciste doar pentru că a fost numit rector în vremea lui Hitler (în mod penibil, într-o intervenţie telefonică, Antonescu a spus că Heidegger era „hitlerist cu acte în regulă”, confundînd, probabil, „Sein und Zeit” cu „Mein Kampf”)!
Nu aveam speranţe de la George Scutaru, pe care Klaus Iohannis l-a vrut consilier prezidenţial şi care ulterior a ajuns să fie cercetat pentru fapte de corupţie. L-am auzit de cîteva ori vorbind şi mi-am dat seama că limitele gîndirii sale se opresc la uşa unei biblioteci comunale dezafectate. Pe Andrei Gerea, ministrul Economiei, nici măcar nu mi-l imaginam să fie în stare să emită o opinie în materie de istorie, nicidecum să-i treacă prin minte să iniţieze o astfel de lege.
În privinţa lui Klaus Iohannis, ce să mai spunem? Atunci cînd a fost vorba despre patrimoniul organizaţiei fasciste Deutsche Volksgruppe, Iohannis a declarat Forumul Democratic German, ca fiind succesorul acestuia, astfel încît tot patrimoniul organizaţiei declarate ca fiind nazistă să treacă la Forumul Democratic German, pe care-l conducea chiar Iohannis, organizaţie în numele căreia a cîştigat toate mandatele de primar al Sibiului. Adăugăm faptul că nimic din patrimoniul legionarilor nu a trecut în patrimoniul vreunei organizaţii născute după Revoluţie, deşi Mişcarea legionară nu a fost inclusă între organizaţiile naziste la Nürnberg, aşa cum a fost Deutsche Volksgruppe!
Înainte de a sublinia cîteva lucruri periculoase, chiar ilegale din această lege, care încalcă şi Constituţia României şi Carta Drepturilor Omului, precum şi legislaţia Uniunii Europene, este nevoie să fac precizarea că nu am absolut nimic în comun cu vreo organizaţie de tip fascist, nu mi-a trecut prin cap să neg vreodată holocaustul, pe care-l consider cea mai mare crimă din existenţa omenirii, şi nu am făcut vreodată propagandă pentru vreuna din chestiunile la care face referire Legea 2017/2015.
Toate aceste precizări sînt necesare pentru că am observat în spaţiul public tendinţa extrem de periculoasă de a eticheta pe cineva că este antisemit, fascist, legionar, rasist sau xenofob numai pentru faptul că opiniile sale contrazic opiniile altora, iar acest lucru nu este deloc în regulă.
„Legea antilegionari” nu conţine nici măcar o dată cuvîntul „comunism”
Primul lucrul care a trezit reacţii împotriva acestei legi a fost faptul că ea nu condamnă comunismul, alături de celelalte doctrine incriminate: fascism şi legionarism. Comunismul a căzut în România în urma unei Revoluţii sîngeroase, şeful statului comunist fiind condamnat la moarte şi executat sub acuzaţie de „genocid”, iar aceste fapt este menţionat explicit în actuala lege! Să înţelegem din această observaţie că autorii acestei legi consideră legitim comunismul, din moment ce acest cuvînt nu figurează niciodată în Legea 217/2015, iar sentinţele date în timpul comunismului reprezintă baza juridică a sancţiunilor propuse?
Andrei Pleşu a sintetizat foarte corect această lipsă a legii: „Un fapt e cert: dacă e nevoie de condamnarea fascismului, e inadmisibil să nu vorbim, în textul legii cu pricina, şi despre sîngeroasa catastrofă simetrică, aceea a comunismului”. Pleşu a taxat şi formularea lui Andrei Muraru, alt consilier al preşedintelui Iohannis, pe care a numit-o cu blîndeţe „un comentariu neinspirat”, în care acesta spunea: „Păi Ceauşescu a fost încadrat (la fel ca, de pildă, unii membri ai guvenului Antonescu) la rubrica ”genocid”! Care va să zică e o ţintă proeminentă a legii!” Reacţia lui Andrei Pleşu merită, de asemenea, adusă în prim-plan: „Să nu uităm că procesul lui Ceauşescu a fost calificat drept neîntemeiat juridic. Dar procesele orchestrate de ”tribunalele populare” din anii `40-50 erau?”. Şi, într-adevăr, aceasta este marea problemă a acestei legi, că permite presupuneri de genul formulate de Andrei Muraru (care a fost -culmea! – director al Institutului de cercetare a crimelor comunismului), ceea ce, ca principiu, anulează din start orice lege! Şi un copil de grădiniţă ştie că un principiu de drept spune clar: ceea ce legea nu interzice, este permis, deci exprimările de genul celei formulate de Muraru nu pot duce decît la demisia sa urgentă pentru că tocmai acest personaj trebuia să-i atragă atenţia Preşedintelui că nu e bine să promulge această lege aberantă.
Dar, adevăratul motiv pentru care această lege nu conţine cuvîntul comunism este acela că reprezentantul Institutului „Elie Wiesel”, care a contribuit decisiv la redactarea acestei legi, este Alexandru Florian, fiul unuia dintre cei mai odioşi propagandişti ai comunismului, Radu Florian! Şi, ca atîţia alţi fii de nomenclaturişti, ar face orice pentru ca nimeni să nu aducă vorba despre originile educaţiei sale comuniste.

Se urmareste DESFIINTAREA originii si natiei noastre,iar ei pun umarul fara nici o tresarire de constiinta.O tara fara istorie este ca si inexistenta.Da,acest popor nu a invadat nici nu a dorit bunul vecinilor ei,s-a multumit cu ce a avut.Tragic este ca a fost manipulat dupa cum au fost interesele IMPERIILOR de-a lungul veacurilor iar acum suntem luati de "MAMALIGARI'' PACAT DE ACEST POPOR SI TARA LUI!
