Presiunea banilor şi a funcţiilor
Mizerabila putere publică din România, constituită din alchimia banilor şi a funcţiilor, se arată a fi neclintită de asaltul justiţiei. Parlamentul României nu este doar avocatul corupţiei, ci chiar fortăreaţa acesteia. În numele democraţiei, preşedintele acestei instituţii, C.T. Tăriceanu, personaj care a ales calea compromisului total, din motive nu greu de imaginat, se situează împotriva unor evidenţe fatale societăţii. România se află, oficial, în faţa unui fapt multă vreme constatat de organismele independente de evaluare. Instituţia care statutar trebuie să asigure pluralismul, democraţia, bunăstarea şi libertatea cetăţenilor a reuşit, la fel cu fostul PCR, să fie contrariul acestora. Lecţiile uzurpării au o lungă tradiţie, încât actualele mişcări judiciare au devenit deja echivalentul updatat al epurărilor cominterniste.
Firele corupţiei duc spre toate partidele şi spre majoritatea politicienilor. Funcţionarii publici sunt ei înşişi parte a acestui sistem, altfel, e limpede, nu aveau cum să se menţină în respectivele poziţii. Protecţia oferită de Parlament, propriilor membri, arată că unii sunt mai puternici decât alţii, deşi uneori faptele incriminate depăşesc orice imaginaţie . Tratamentul preferenţial acordat unor persoane implicate în acte de corupţie impune preşedintelui ţării, ministrului Justiţiei, prim-ministrului solicitarea spre imediată revizuire a legii imunităţii, în măsura în care aceştia nu fac parte din acest sistem. Obstrucţionarea Justiţiei de către Parlament transformă instanţele în sfera abuzului, însăşi legea fiind anulată. Aprobarea solicitării de ridicare a monitorizării justiţiei se arată a fi imposibilă, un real dezastru.
Cele două instituţii-cheie, Parlamentul şi Justiţia, sunt captive corupţiei prin legea imunităţii parlamentare. Cu alte cuvinte, atât politicienii, cât şi slujitorii justiţiei au o libertate care se situează deasupra Constituţiei, a tuturor. În spiritul statului totalitar, când unii activişti cădeau în dizgraţie, la fel stau lucrurile acum, aduse la complexitatea sistemului. Dacă s-a făcut o presupusă reformă, în aceşti ani, aceasta se constituie doar într-o adaptare a corupţiei la schimonositele legi ale democraţiei. Actualele anchete ar trebui să demanteleze toate reţelele, până la bază, ceea ce nu se întâmplă, din motive lesne de înţeles. Distanţa justiţiei faţă de propriile ei grupuri de interese, articulate legal, lasă loc unor mari semne de întrebare.
Corupţia României este constituită sistemic, legal, statutar. Substanţa acestor legi este una nocivă, iresponsabilă, permisivă abuzului, împotriva legilor elementare. Statul pe care l-au guvernat cei trei preşedinţi cu pretenţii festivist-republicane a fost un instrument de distrugere, dezvoltarea instalându-se pur şi simplu inerţial. Singura preocupare a statului actual pare să fie asupra taxelor şi impozitelor, drept posibilitate dovedită de finanţare a corupţiei. O clasă politică interesată de dezvoltare ar fi avut instinct democratic, precum şi o corectă evaluare a lucrurilor. Românii sunt impozitaţi în mod asasin, plătind menţinerea îngheţului mafiot. Banii publici par a avea o singură utilizare, în achitarea taxelor la UE, spre confortul sistemului care menţine ţara în colaps.
Nimic nu funcţionează în România, exceptând sistemul mafiot tot mai performant. El poate fi regăsit oriunde, acolo unde statul actual a creat sute de mii de funcţionari inutili. Dictaturile foştilor preşedinţi care i-au aglutinat pe toţi profitorii, de toate culorile, se resimt drept un blocaj absolut. Alternanţa la putere, la guvernare, nu a fost decât o înlocuire a unor hoţi cu alţii. Această modalitate de-a face politică a creat o impostură dând vieţii curente lovituri deja previzibile. Presiunea banilor şi funcţiilor dusă pe un portativ cu pretenţii tipice propagandelor, imună la proteste şi responsabilizare, îşi arată faţa în manifestările Senatului lui C.T. Tăriceanu. Dacă gesturile de opoziţie faţă de unele evenimente ar fi independente, personale, deci asumate, ne-am situa în democraţie, n-ar fi o problemă. Însă acestea sunt atitudinile sistemului care ar trebui să devină, ca în 1989, subiect al Justiţiei.
