Rockefeller îşi construieşte Arca lui Noe. Oare ce ascunde?

La ce se aşteaptă pentru a crea o asemenea bancă de seminţe?
Bănci de seminţe există cel puţin o mie în întreagă lume, împrăştiate prin universităţi: ce viitor vor avea?
Rockefeller Foundation, ne aminteşte Engdahl, e aceeaşi care în anii ’70 finanţează cu 100 milioane de dolari din acea vreme, prima idee de „revoluţie agricolă genetică”.

Acestea împreună, au creat într-un final CGIAR, şi anume Consultative Group on Internaţional Agricolture Research.
În nenumărate întâlniri internaţionale dintre experţii în sector şi politicieni, ţinute în centrul de conferinţe al Rockefeller Foundation din Bellagio, CGIAR a făcut un joc murdar atrăgând în cercul dansurilor FAO (Autoritatea pentru Alimentaţie şi Agricultură a ONU), Banca Mondială ( la acea vreme condusă de Robert McNamara) şi UN Development Program.

Cartografierea genomului uman, secvenţa genomului, ingineria genetică, împreună cu OGM create de Monsanto, Syngenta şi alţi giganţi sunt rezultatul cercetărilor şi experienţelor din acea vreme.
În 1946, de atfel, Nelson Rockefeller a lansat expresia propagandistică „Revoluţia Verde„, mai întâi în Mexic, o călătorie în care îl însoţea Henry Wallace care era ministrul agriculturii sub Roosevelt, şi se pregătea să pună bazele a ceea ce urmă să fie Pioneer Hi-Bred Seed Company.

Seminţele hibride au fost urmate de tehnologiile agricole americane „necesare”, cu mare consum de capital, indispensabilele fertilizante chimice Monsanto şi DuPont şi odată cu OGM’urile, absolut necesarele anti-parazitare şi ierbicide studiate pentru acea specifică sămânţa OGM.
Totul brevetat, totul foarte scump.
Ţăranii care timp de secole au cultivat pentru autoconsum şi pentru piaţa locală, şi care importau şi exportau foarte puţin, aveau deci şi puţini bani.
Naşte astfel soluţia: lansarea în agricultura „orientată la piaţă globală„, producerea de alimente nu de consum ci de comerţ, cash-crop, recolte pentru a încasa.
Adio autosuficienţă şi autoconsum, adio închiderea importului superficial.
Ţăranii, de acum încolo, puteau să vândă produsele lor şi în afară ţării: sub controlul a şase intermediari globali, giganţi şi titani ca şi Cargill, Bunge Y Born, Louis Dreyfus… Banca Mondială a lui McNamara, pregătită să sară în ajutor, furniza regimelor subdezvoltate împrumuturi pentru a crea canale de irigare moderne şi diguri; Chase Manhattan Bank a lui Rockefeller se oferea – având în vedere faptul că ţăranii nu produceau niciodată destul pentru a-şi plăti datoriile contractate din achiziţia de pesticide, OGM şi seminţe hibride brevetate – să îi îndatoreze pe ţărani în regim privat.
Dar aceste „favoruri” erau rezervate marilor antreprenori agricoli cu moşii. (Pentru ca acestia asigurau plata cu riscul de a-si pierde proprietatile.)
Micii ţărani, pentru seminţele-miracol, pentru ierbicide şi fertilizante ştiinţifice, trebuiau să se îndatoreze „pe piaţă”, adică la cămătari. Ţăranii, aşa cum se întâmplă mai ales în India, trebuiau să lucreze pentru a-şi plăti datoriile.
Aceeaşi revoluţie a luat amploare şi în Africa. Kilometrii în şir de monoculturi de bumbac modificat genetic, seminţe sterile de cumpărat în fiecare an. Şi partea frumoasă încă nu v-am spus-o.

Din 2007, Monsanto, împreună cu guvernul USA, a brevetat pe scară mondială seminţe „Terminator”, adică seminţe care comit suicidul după ce sunt recoltate: o descoperire pe care o numesc fără remuşcări „Genetic Use Restriction Technology”, adică adresată reducerii seminţelor nebrevetate.
Extinderea seminţelor modificate genetic – şi anume de clone cu acelaşi pachet genetic – e binenţeles un pericol pentru rasa umană: dacă naşte o boală care distruge toate clonele, produce foametea.
Avem nevoie de biodiversitate, cea de care tot vorbesc ecologiştii din întreagă lume şi radicalii.
Acum bănuiesc că toţi veţi începe să intuiţi de ce se construieşte Arca lui Noe a seminţelor în Svalbard: când vine catastrofa, seminţele naturale trebuie controlate de grupul agri-businessului şi de nimeni altcineva. Băncile de seminţe, după părerea FAO, sunt deja 1400, majoritatea în Statele Unite. Cele mai mari sunt sub controlul Monsanto, Syngenta, Dow Chemical şi DuPont, care extrag pachetul genetic de modificat.
De ce au nevoie de o altă Arca agricolă la Svalbard, dotată cu uşi blindate şi alarme anti-intruziune, şi mai ales săpată în stâncă?
Celelalte bănci sunt în China, Japonia, Coreea de Sud, Germania şi Canada, şi binenţeles nu toate sunt sub controlul direct al marilor grupuri.
Tehnologia „Terminator” poate sugera un scenariu complotist fantastic: o boală necunoscută până acum care infectează seminţele naturale conservate în băncile din afară controlului USA, obligând umanitatea să rabde la mila cavoului de la Svalbard, unicul supravieţuitor.
E un gând pe care mă grăbesc să îl alung: cine îşi permite să defăimeze binefăcătorii umanităţii înfometate ca şi Rockefeller, Monsanto, Bill Gates, Syngenta?
Dar Engdahl aminteşte cuvintele profesorului Francis Boyle, cercetătorul care scrise prima ciornă de lege americană împotriva terorismului biologic (Biological Weapons anti-Terrorism Act), aprobată de congres în 1989.
Francis Boyle susţine că „Pentagonul se armează pentru a combate şi pentru a câstiga războiul biologic”, iar Bush a emanat în acest scop două directive în 2002, adoptate „fără cunoştinţa publicului„.
Pentru Boyle, în perioada 2002-2004, guvernul USA a cheltuit 14,5 miliarde de dolari pentru cercetări în ceea ce priveşte războiul biologic. National Institute of Health (autoritate guvernamentală) a pus în comun 497 burse de studiu pentru cercetări asupra germenilor infectivi cu posibilităţi militare.

De ce doar femeile? Poate fiindcă bărbaţi, în ţările sărace, nu pot întâmpina tetanos, având în vedere faptul că nu se rănesc niciodată cu fier ruginit sau murdar?
Această întrebare şi-a pus-o şi Comite pro Vida, organizaţia catolică mexicană conştientă de campaniile anti-natalitate conduse în Sudamerica de Rockefeller.
Astfel a examinat vaccinul furnizat de OMS gratuit şi în mod generos tuturor femeilor fertile: şi a descoperit că acesta conţinea gonadotropină corionică umană, un hormon natural care, activat de germenul slăbit al tetanos conţinut în vaccin, stimulează anticorpi speciali care nu permit femeilor să ducă la capăt o sarcină. Pe scurt, un abortiv.
Concluzia a fost că acest vaccin-miracol era rezultatul a 20 de ani de cercetări finanţate de Rockefeller Foundation, de Population Council (al familiei Rockefeller), de CGIAR (Rockefeller), de National Institute of Health (guvernul UŞA)..şi Norvegia a contribuit cu 41 milioane de dolari la vaccinul antitetanic-abortiv.

Toate acestea readuc în mintea lui Engdahl acea veche fixaţie a Rockefeller pentru eugenetica lui Reich: orientarea cercetărilor preferată era cea care se numea „eugenetica negativă„, şi urmărea extincţia sistematică a raselor nedorite şi a pachetelor lor genetice.
