Fermierii polonezi fac revoluție în stradă: Nu vor cu nici un preț ca străinii să le cumpere terenurile
Ultima săptămână a adus un val de proteste în Polonia, unde fermierii s-au mobilizat în peste 50 de locații din toată țara. Pe 3 februarie, circa 150 de tractoare au blocat efectiv autostrada care duce către Varșovia, iar zilele ce au urmat, alte sute de utilaje au îngreunat traficul pe marile artere poloneze, iar grupuri numeroase de fermieri au pichetat prefecturile și Guvernul. Totul pentru a bloca liberalizarea pieței terenurilor agricole, care ar trebui să intre în vigoare în 2016. Agricultorii polonezi sunt deciși să facă presiuni asupra reprezentanților lor pentru ca aceștia să ceară noi negocieri la Bruxelles, astfel încât străinii să nu poată să le cumpere agricultura națională.
Pe măsură ce zilele trec, tensiunea crește și nu sunt excluse escaladări de situații, susțin liderii fermierilor polonezi care spun și că sunt deschiși la dialog.
”Așteptăm cu nerăbdare să avem o întâlnire cu premierul și să convingem Guvernul că problemele în agricultura națională trebuie rezolvate. La vom spune că dacă Polonia nu va deschide un dialog cu Uniunea Europeană, noi vom fi obligați să ne intensificăm protestele”, a declarant Edward Kosmal, președintele fermierilor din regiunea Pomerania.
”Cerem introducerea unei legi care să protejeze pământul polonez de exploatarea de către capitaluri străine. Terenul agricol nu poate fi vândut societăților comerciale. Este parte a teritoriului Poloniei. Odată vândut, va fi pierdut” – se arată în comunicarea publică a fermierilor polonezi.
Fermierii polonezi au câteva ținte clare pentru care protestează, dintre care, cele mai importante 4 solicitări sunt:
-Dreptul la proprietate – să se implementeze o legislație care să nu permită companiilor vestice să le cumpere terenurile, așa cum ar urma să se întâmple de la 1 ianuarie 2016, când, potrivit acordului de aderare și derogărilor ulterioare, piața funciară va fi liberalizată și în Polonia.
-Să se favorizeze vânzarea directă a produselor agricole neprocesate și procesate. În prezent, Polonia are una dintre cele mai restrictive legi privind comercializarea produselor din ferme, astfel că micii producători nu au nici o șansă să concureze marii jucători din piață.
-Legea arendei să fie modificată astfel încât prevederile contractuale să poată fi moștenite în mod legal de urmași.
-Să se interzică atât cultivarea, cât și comercializarea organismelor modificate genetic în Polonia.
