Probleme mari pentru Ponta şi Diaconescu
În ceea ce priveşte situaţia clădirilor, avem doi candidaţi cu probleme mari legate de declaraţiile de avere. Primul este Dan Diaconescu. El a postat acum aceeaşi declaraţie de avere pe care a avut-o şi în luna mai la europarlamentare. La vremea respectivă am demonstrat că Dan Diaconescu a făcut “minuni imobiliare”. Şi ar mai fi ceva la Dan Diaconescu: în 2013 a vândut imobile în valoare de 1.754,945 de euro. De atunci, până la momentul depunerii declaraţiei de avere, nu apar achiziţii şi nici depuneri în bănci. Iar în declaraţia de avere din 30 octombrie 2012, Diaconescu nu avea nici o datorie. Deci ţine Dan Diaconescu 1,7 milioane de euro la saltea, sau este vorba de altceva? ANI nu s-a arătat deloc interesată să verifice problemele de pe declaraţiile de avere ale lui Dan Diaconescu. De asemenea, ANI nu s-a sesizat nici în ceea ce priveşte declaraţia de avere a candidatului Victor Ponta.
Am prezentat aici despre ce este vorba. Victor Ponta nu a respectat prevederile art.3, alin 2 din Legea 176/2010 – Declaraţiile de avere se fac în scris, pe propria răspundere, şi cuprind drepturile şi obligaţiile declarantului, ale soţului / soţiei, precum şi ale copiilor aflaţi în întreţinere – şi nu a trecut casele şi terenurile proprietate ale soţiei sale, Daciana Sârbu. Astfel, Victor Ponta a intrat sub incidenţa Art. 28 din aceeaşi lege – Fapta persoanelor care, cu intenţie, depun declaraţii de avere sau declaraţii de interese care nu corespund adevărului constituie infracţiunea de fals în declaraţii şi se pedepseşte potrivit Codului penal..
În top-ul prezentat mai sus, l-am creditat pe Victor Ponta şi cu cele 3 case deţinute de Daciana Sârbu şi care, conform legii, trebuiau să apară şi în declaraţia de avere a premierului.
Teodor Meleşcanu şi Gheorghe Funar, deşi au câte un apartament şi câte o casă de vacanţă, nu au prins top 10 din cauza suprafeţelor mai mici. Alţi doi candidaţi, Mircea Amariţei, C.V.Tudor nu au în declaraţia de avere niciun apartament sau casă de locuit. Înseamnă că fie locuiesc în chirie, fie locuiesc într-un imobil al unei alte rude decât soţia sau au imobilul trecut pe numele unei terţe persoane. Situaţia este similară şi pentru Dan Diaconescu şi William Brânză, ultimul având trecut un apartament cu o suprafaţă de 13,5 metru pătraţi în Prahova. Adică o cămăruţă 3 pe 4. Este greu de crezut că doi oameni cu o situaţie materială înfloritoare aşa cum sunt Diaconescu şi Brânză nu au o locuinţă a lor. Dar probabil este bine „pitită”.
