Poate nu totul este asa, dar … un om, gen Putin, ne-ar trebui si noua. Sau, macar, un Victor Orban care este blamat de Occident,insa el isi vede de drumul lui: interesul neamului sau.
Noi avem parte de gunoaie, nemernici fara constiinta si idioti cu pretentii de savanti. OU
Cu siguranţă, Rusia de azi este departe de aceea a anilor ’90. După ce a fost ales preşedinte, Vladimir Putin, adevărat patriot, a purces la refacerea nu numai a imaginii ţării sale, la recîştigarea demnităţii ei, ci şi la recuperarea puterii ei economice.
Astăzi, Federaţia Rusa se bucura de respect. Rusia şi-a redobîndit istoria şi puterea. Iar preşedintele Putin este, cu siguranţă, un conducător providenţial, care a reuşit sa se impună printr-o politică echilibrată, mereu în căutarea dreptăţii.
Măsurile sale ferme nu au fost, desigur, acceptate fără crîcnire de neprietenii Rusiei. De cei din exterior şi de cei din interior. Tocmai de aceea, media occidentală/americană, nu mai puţin aceea din ţările satelit, cum ar fi România, abundă de atacuri la adresa Federaţiei şi a conducătorului acesteia. Astfel, furia şi neputinţa au creat un curent social, manifestat în diverse zone ale lumii şi în anumite structuri sociale, numit rusofobie. In replică, însă, s-a născut şi este în creştere curentul filorus, acela al oamenilor lucizi, care aplaudă realizările Rusiei din aceşti 12 ani, de cînd Vladimir Putin este la conducere.
Să vedem mai jos cîteva cifre şi date, elocvente pentru transformarea Rusiei, dintr-o tara învinsă şi aservita intereselor străine, într-unul din principalele centre de comandă ale lumii. Aşa cum a fost ea întotdeauna.
In 12 ani, Putin a mărit bugetul Rusiei de 22 ori.
A crescut cheltuielile militare de 30 de ori.
A mărit PIB-ul de 12 ori. De la locul 36 in lume, Rusia a ajuns pe locul 6.
A mărit rezerva de aur a Rusiei de 48 de ori.
A înapoiat Rusiei 256 de depozite de zăcăminte minerale, care acum se află sub jurisdicţia Federaţiei; sub jurisdicţie străină au rămas doar 3 asemenea depozite.
A naţionalizat 65 la sută din industria petrolieră şi 95 la sută din aceea de gaz.

În anul 1992, regimul Elţîn a anulat taxele de export pentru produse petroliere.
La 23 ianuarie 1999, guvernul Primakov a reintrodus aceste taxe.
La un preţ de export al petrolului de 9,5 dolari pe baril, taxa era de 2,5 dolari pe tona iar la preţul actual de peste 12,5 dolari pe baril, taxa de export a ajuns la 5 euro pe tonă.
Acest fapt nu fost împovărător pentru exportatori, însă a dat 14 miliarde ruble vistieriei de stat, care era goală.
In august 1999, Elţîn l-a numit pe Putin în funcţia de premier.
După numai o luna de zile, Putin a mărit taxa vamala la 7,5 euro/tonă iar la 8 decembrie la 8 euro/tonă.
Taxa a continuat sa crească iar astăzi exportatorii deduc la bugetul de stat aproximativ jumătate din preţul de export al ţiţeiului.
Din ianuarie pînă în decembrie 2000, punctele vamale ale Rusiei au virat bugetului de stat 2,57 trilioane ruble, ceea ce echivalează cu circa jumătate din totalul veniturilor la buget.
Astfel, au crescut brusc şi veniturile cetăţenilor. Iar asta s-a reflectat in final asupra construcţiei de locuinţe.
Astăzi, întreaga Rusie este, practic, un imens şantier de construcţii: din ianuarie şi pînă în decembrie 2007, au fost construite 375,9 mii de locuinţe, cu o suprafaţă totală de 34 milioane metric pătraţi.
În aceste condiţii, fabricile de ciment din Rusia nu pot face faţă cererii şi se impune importul de ciment din China.
Veniturile în creştere ale populaţiei au condus la mărirea cererii de locuinţe, ceea ce a condus şi la augmentarea profitului în activitatea de construcţii.
Rezultatul este acela că, în construcţii , se folosesc resurse uriaşe, ceea ce conduce la un adevărat boom în domeniu.
Veniturile crescute ale cetăţenilor au condus şi la mărirea cererii de automobile. Numai în 2006, piaţa auto din Rusia a crescut cu 45 la sută, ceea ce înseamnă 32 miliarde de dolari iar numărul automobilelor vîndute a fost de 2 milioane de bucăţi.
Conform acestui indicator, Rusia se situează pe locul 5 în Europa, după Germania, Marea Britanie, Italia şi Franţa.
La această oră, se construiesc cîteva noi uzine de automobile, iar cele existente îşi măresc volumul de producţie.
Toate acestea, ca urmare a măririi cererii, implicit a veniturilor crescute ale populaţiei.
În 10 ani, cheltuielile de la buget pentru politica socială (pensii şi ajutoare) au crescut cu 30 la sută.
Înainte de Putin, nivelul pensiilor se situa sub acela de subzistenţă cu aproximativ 25 la sută, iar in anii ’90 acestea nici măcar nu se plăteau.
Astăzi, nivelul pensiilor este cu peste 50 la sută peste cel minimal, continuînd să crească.
În anul 2000, salariul mediu din Rusia era de 2223 de ruble (circa 80 dolari).
La această oră, salariul mediu în Rusia este de 19174 ruble (circa 660 dolari).
Achiziţionarea de bunuri de consum pe piaţa internă a crescut într-un deceniu de 10 ori. Numărul automobilelor personale a crescut de 3 ori.
Putin a naţionalizat YUKOS, prin procedura standard de faliment şi licitaţie, fără să deranjeze piaţa de afaceri în curs de formare.
Procedura s-a încadrat în limite legale, acceptate în mod democratic de Parlament.
Preşedintelui nu îi este permis sa utilizeze alte mijloace.
Motivul oficial pentru care a fost arestat Hodorkovski a fost acela al maşinaţiunilor financiare practicate de YUKOS. Cum cu astfel de maşinaţiuni se ocupă toate marile firme private, nimeni nu a crezut în acest pretext. Şi nici nu ar fi de crezut. Însă Putin chiar a apărat interesele statului.
Proba pentru asta e faptul ca activele Yukos au fost predate companiei de stat ROSNEFT. Mult mai drept ar fi fost ca aceste active să fie, pur şi simplu, confiscate, însă s-a respectat legea.
Şi Putin doar a ţinut seama de normele legale. Preşedintele nu poate acţiona dincolo de competenţele sale.
La asta putem adăuga că, după intrarea lui Hodorkovski în închisoare, colectarea taxelor pe fostele active ale YUKOS a crescut de 80 de ori!
În anul 2004, Putin a abolit fără drept de apel legea „Acord pentru distribuirea producţiei”.
Aceasta lege a fost promulgată de către regimul Elţîn pentru a permite îmbogăţirea unora, care au devenit oligarhi (Hodorkovski, Guşinski, Berezovski şi alţii) şi pentru ca rezervele de petrol ale Rusiei să poată fi confiscate de corporaţiile americane şi britanice.
Tocmai ca urmare a promulgării acestui act normative, rezervele ruseşti de resurse naturale au putut fi preluate de corporaţii internaţional şi au trecut sub jurisdicţia acestora iar, în consecinţă, sumele rezultate din comerţul cu petrol rusesc au intrat nu în bugetul Federaţiei ci în acela al firmelor occidentale/americane.
Banii obţinuţi de pe urma petrolului rusesc au ajuns, de pildă, la Compania britanică “Shell”, pentru a acoperi cheltuielile acesteia. Doar dacă rămînea ceva din bani aceştia erau transferaţi Rusiei.
În acest sens, Putin a menţionat:„Noi nici acum nu primim nimic de la ei dar daca îşi vor mări cheltuielile chiar ca nu vom primi nimic în următorii 10 ani.”
Practic, pînă in acel moment, Rusia nu primea nimic din comercializarea propriului ei petrol. După ce, în 2004, legea a fost abolită, veniturile la buget au crescut de 3-4 ori.
După încetarea contractelor de resurse “Sahalin 1” şi “Sahalin-2”, tot Rusia a fost cea care a rămas cu datorii către firmele americane, în valoare de 7000 miliarde dolari!
Pentru acel moment era mult prea mult. Iar întreaga lume anglo-saxona s-a azvîrlit împotriva lui Putin dintr-un singur motiv: Marea Britanie plănuise sa-şi asigure rezerva de petrol pentru mulţi ani înainte pe socoteala Rusiei. Doar Franţa şi Germania, care nu avea un interes direct în aceasta problemă, au rămas neutre.
Între anii 1992-1995, întregul aparat de stat al Federaţiei s-a format conform vederilor consilierilor străini. Întreaga legislaţie a Rusiei din anii ’90, incluzînd aici şi aceea a taxelor, a fost scrisă de către aceştia. În ministerele ruse, lucrau circa 10.000 de consilieri străini.
George Soros finanţase alcătuirea unui manual de istorie, în care despre bătălia de la Stalingrad se pomenea doar pe două pagini iar despre întîlnirea de pe Elba între soldaţii sovietici şi cei americani – pe zece pagini. Pe caietele de scoală ale elevilor ruşi fuseseră tipărite portretele a patru dintre preşedinţii americani.
Din păcate, chiar şi pînă azi au rămas la nivel de guvern unele relicve din acea epocă. Putin le va îndepărta şi pe acestea definitiv.
Pentru ce, însă, Putin nu are cum sa dispună imediat eliberarea din funcţie a acelor funcţionari care acţionează împotriva intereselor Rusiei?
Cauza e simplă: Constituţia Rusiei, scrisă şi aceasta sub dictarea consilierilor occidentali, nu permite înlocuirea lor rapidă. La această oră, Preşedintele este încă doar unul din acei mii de funcţionari, şi încă unul cu puteri limitate. E adevărat, ceva mai mari decît acelea ale celorlalţi funcţionari însă şeful statului nu poate avea decizie absolută în toate privinţele. De pildă, el nu poate stabili compoziţia Consiliului de Miniştri, deşi, conform legii, această activitate ar intra in competenţa sa.
Creşterea bugetului de la venirea lui Putin la putere a permis, însă, crearea Fondului de Stabilitate.
În acest moment, se poate spune că acesta a cîştigat o imensă rezervă valutară şi de aur, ceea ce face ca, practic, Rusia sa nu aibă datorii externe.
Războiul din Caucaz s-a încheiat, separatiştii au fost învinşi.

Se înţelege că separatismul nu a fost eliminat definitiv, căci asemenea tip de conflicte nu se rezolvă cu una – cu doua.
Însă situaţia de azi din Caucaz reprezintă varianta optimă. Dacă elita cecenă simte forţa Moscovei şi avantajele din colaborarea cu Kremlinul, atunci separatismul va dispărea de la sine. Şi chiar asta se şi întîmplă.
Încercările centralelor occidentale de spionaj de a furniza terorişti conduc încă la acte individuale, însă aceasta este, astăzi, maximum pe care îl pot face. Război nu va mai fi.
În 10 ani, Putin a reuşit sa crească influenţa politică a Rusiei în lume şi să construiască Federaţiei o nouă imagine.
Astăzi ea îşi urmăreşte propriile interese şi nu pe acelea ale Occidentului.
Putin a fost recunoscut ca fiind cel mai influent politician din lume pe anul 2013. El este cel care a blocat distrugerea Rusiei, extrăgînd-o din catastrofa pe care i-au pregătit-o Gorbaciov şi Elţîn.
Exact din acest motiv, nici media occidentala nu îl suportă şi îl aseamănă Necuratului.
Oricine se interesează de viaţa politică din Rusia, poate observa că lupta cu corupţia a dobîndit o dimensiune pînă acum neîntîlnită. Cel puţin de 2-3 ori pe săptămînă, mediile informează despre arestarea unor funcţionari sau poliţişti corupţi, sau prezintă sentinţele date de tribunal împotriva unor funcţionari de stat.

În 1992, la semnarea Acordului, de desfiinţare a URSS de la Belovejskaia pushte, Leonid Kravciuc, reprezentantul Ucrainei, a observat ca Boris Elţîn, care exagerase cu vodka, întîrzia cu iscălitul. Şi atunci i-a solicitat:
– Boria, dacă vrei, ia Crimeea, numai semnează odată!
Elţîn, însă, băut şi generos, dădu din mînă:
– La ce îmi trebuie Crimeea!? Iată, v-o dăruiesc!
Şi a semnat, astfel încît, printr-o mîzgălitura, a anulat eforturile cneazului Potemkin, cele ale Ecaterinei cea Mare, la fel cele ale eroilor care au aparat Sevastopolul în 1856 şi în 1941…
