BASESCU SI MAFIA CERTIFICATELOR VERZI

prezinta una dintre dramele muntilor Romaniei, drama provocata de coruptie
si de nepasarea fata de mediu.
The Guardian mentioneaza ca Bogdan Binescu nu este numele real al
activistului de mediu citat, poate si datorita influentei puternice a
celor pe care urma sa ii acuze de comiterea unor ilegalitati.
The Guardian arata ca aceasta este una dintre cele peste 500 de
micro-hidrocentrale operationale sau in constructie in muntii Romaniei.
Ele nu produic mai mult de 4% din energia electrica a tarii. Insa, scrie
cotidianul britanic, ele reprezinta o afacere buna, caci sunt finantate
din fondurile europene, iar profiturile din vanzarea energiei ajung pana
la 500%, datorita certificatelor verzi – subsidii ce provin dintr-o taxa
impusa consumatorilor.
Cum profitul este mai mare daca raul este mai repede, investitorii incep
sa construiasca hidrocentralele cat mai in creierul muntilor, de multe ori
in parcuri naturale ce sunt in proprietatea statului si sunt protejate de
legea nationala si de cea europeana, scrie The Guardian. Binescu spune ca
”multe dintre aceste proiecte sunt ilegale din mai multe puncte de vedere,
astfel incat doar cei care au relatii la nivel inalt au acces la ele.”
The Guardian scrie ca hidrocentrala pe careau vazut-o reporterii ziarului

Criticii spun ca fata sustinere politica, asemenea proiecte ar fi
imposibile. Toate hidrocentralele despre care vorbeste The Guardian se

aceste proiecte.”
”Un raport oficial a identificat 4.000 de locatii potentiale pentru
microhidrocentrale. Presedintele Traian Basescu a blocat recent o
propunere bine intemeiata a guvernului pentru reducerea certificatelor
verzi pentru micro-hidrocentrale cu 24%”, mai scrie The Guardian.
