Grupul petrolier OMV Petrom, care a obtinut anul trecut un profit de aproape un miliard de euro, este cel mai mare contribuabil la bugetul de stat, platind taxe si impozite in valoare de 8 miliarde de lei, in 2012.
In total, primii zece contribuabili la bugetul de stat au platit aproximativ 30 de miliarde de lei, in 2012, reprezentand 15 procente din buget, relateaza Digi24.
Pe al doilea loc se afla producatorul de tigari British American Tabacco (5,6 miliarde de lei) si Rompetrol Rafinarie (4,6 miliarde de lei), urmata de Petrotel-Lukoil Ploiesti.

GUVERNANTILOR, DACA ATI TRECUT PE LA SCOALA SI NU ATI CHIULIT LA ORELE DE ARITMETICA, UITATI-VA IN OGLINDA, PRIVITI-VA IN OCHI SI DATI-VA UN RASPUNS CARE SA NU VA CRAPE OBRAZUL!
Acum 2-3 ani, la o conferinta pe tema energiei, la HILTON, dupa ce reprezentantul OMV prezenta REALIZARILE de exceptie ale grupului OMV-Petrom, m-am ridicat in picioare (desi aplauzele celor din sala nu se terminasera) si am facut urmatoarele precizari:
1. Inainte de privatizare, productia de titei extras era de cca 6 milioane de tone/an.(In 1976 , Romania inregistrase 14,2 milioane tone, si 33,4 miliarde Nmc(normali metri cubi) gaze naturale.
2. In anul in care se discuta problema, 2010, OMV, care se lauda cu investitii de miliarde si aport de tehnologie, producea 4 milioane tone de titei!
DIN SALA , CINEVA (o voce feminina) A STRIGAT , 4,7 milioane tone!!!!!!!
3. Corect, am spus, asa sa fie… Dar daca in tara, in ROMANIA, nu prelucrati decat cel mult 1,8 milioane tone titei, la rafinaria Brazi(ARPECHIMUL fiind inchis), ce faceti cu restul productiei??????? Unde o stocati? Sau o duceti in Austria pe barje, incalcand normele internationale, in materie vamala …
Sau nu o declarati, sa nu platiti acea infima redeventa de 4%(in lume, redeventa este de 16-22%)!!! Linistea si stupoarea celor de fata, inclusiv a unor inalte fete oficiale guvernamentale si consilieri de rang inalt, au fost intrerupte de un zgomotos ropot de aplauze!!!!!!!
4.Din grupul OMV-Petrom, cineva a intrebat “pe ce ma bazez” (replica celebra din MOROMETII) si am realizat ca este un roman, o coada de topor… Calm, desi mi se ridicase sangele la cap, i-am raspuns ca sunt ofiter de informatii (inainte si dupa ”lovilutie”) , petrolist practicant on/offshore, am avut in atributii sectorul energetic peste 15 ani, profesor in informatii strategice si riscuri energetice si pasiunea mea este aceea de a face bilanturi energetice, sectoriale, pe care le public semestrial, la sesiunile de comunicari stiintifice cu participare internationala… (Cat petrol se extrage, cat se raportaeza, cat se prelucreaza, cat se vinde la pompa, dar si produse auxiliare…)

Dupa sedinta, am fost abordat de reprezentantii Grupului si mi-au propus sa le devin partener in echipa… Mi-au spus ca citisera cartea publicata la Editura ANI Bucuresti , “PETROL DEZVOLTARE SI (IN) SECURITATE”…
Am cerut(conform uzantelor, fiind ofiter in activitate) timp de gandire(spre a ma consulta cu sefii…). Nici nu va puteti inchipui ce suturi verbale si morale am primit, a doua zi, de la un sef tembel, ajuns ulterior, general la apelul bocancilor… Ca nu am fost orientat, ca nu am pic de bun simt fata de cei care aduc nu stiu cat la bugetul de stat…
L-am ascultat si in final, in cea mai sanatoasa atitudine de copil trait la tara (in campia Buzaului si muntii Zarandului), instruit si educat la scolile inalte din bariera Bucuresti (zona Mimiu Ploiesti- liceul de petrol-chimie, Universitatea de petrol si gaze…) l-am bagat in p.ma-sii, pe romaneste si i-am spus ca-l astept sa iesim la pensie, sa-i pot trage una in botul lui de nemernic…
La cateva zile, un alt mare sef, un om deosebit, care ma aproba scrasnind din dinti, m-a sfatuit sa fiu mai bland… Dupa cateva saptamani, ajuns aproape la cateva luni de varsta biologica a trecerii in rezerva si a peste 25 de ani de militarie, scarbit si informat ca ni se vor micsora salariile si evident cuantumul soldelor compensatorii si pensiile, m-am pensionat!!!!!!!!!
