Politicienii germani atacă: SUA poartă un război economic cu Berlinul
După ce Departamentul Justiţiei din SUA a decis să amendeze cea mai mare bancă din Germania cu 14 miliarde de dolari, o suma suspect de asemănătoare cu amenda dată de Comisia Europeana companiei americane Apple, politicienii germani au luat poziţii de luptă.
Miza este foarte mare, pentru că Deutsche Bank este fragilă în această perioadă, cu o capitalizare redusă şi foarte expusă pe piaţa produselor derivate, cu acţiunile în cădere liberă şi cu mii de concedieri. Parlamentarii germani din Uniunea Creştin Socială, partenerii tradiţionali ai partidului Angelei Merkel, au dat semnalul de atac.
Peter Ramsauer, preşedintele comisiei pentru economie din Bundestag, a declarat într-un interviu pentru Welt am Sontag că decizia împotriva Deutsche Bank “are caracteristicile unui război economic”, adăugând că SUA au “o lungă tradiţie” de a folosi orice ocazie pentru a duce un război comercial “dacă asta aduce beneficii economiei americane” şi că “daunele exagerate pe care le-au cerut” în cazul Deutsche Bank sunt un exemplu în acest sens.
