Dosar de politician: Legăturile ascunse dintre ”Gruparea Cioloș” și fostul șef SIE
Silviu Mănăstire a vorbit marți la ”Dosar de politician” misterele guvernării tehnocrate care încep să iasă la lumină. Motivul este tocmai recenta intrare oficială în politică a fostului premier Dacian Cioloș. Fiind obligat să joace politic, lui Cioloș i se văd sforile care l-au ghidonat în acest ultim an și jumatate. A început să se trădeze.
Inițial, Cioloș a declarat că a venit în România doar pentru a administra țara înaintea alegerilor din 2016 și că nu se va implica în alegeri. A mai spus că va fi independent și tehnocrat. Cioloș a mințit facând campanie electorală explicită pentru liberali. În paralel, o parte din oamenii lui Cioloș au fost trimiși să candideze pe listele Uniunii Salvați România-USR. Cioloș, cum se spune pe Dâmbovița, a jucat la două capete. Acum, Dacian Cioloş procedează la fel. O grupare din interiorul USR condusă de foștii miniștri tehnocraţi (Cristian Ghinea, Vlad Alexandrescu) alături de Clotilde Armand muncesc pentru Cioloș şi pentru îndepărtarea lui Nicușor Dan. Cioloş fie va prelua USR din interior, fie după congresul partidului va face o alianță cu USR prin intermediul Platformei 100, un ONG cu scopuri politice. La fel, va face o alianță cu PNL, după ce liberalii își vor alege o conducere sprijinită de Iohannis. Strategia pe termen lung este ca Dacian Cioloș să conducă Opoziția de dreapta din România cu sprijinul președintelui Iohannis în anii electorali 2019-2020.
La momentul în care Cioloș ajungea premier, în noiembrie 2015, MRU era instalat ca director al serviciului de informații externe-SIE. Și uite așa, o serie de băieți și fete care lucrau în străinatate, pe la ambasade, consulate, la Comisia Europeană, sau erau trimiși de statul român în diverse misiuni externe s-au întors în țară, ca să facă parte din guvernul Cioloș. Domnii Tudorache, Borc, Vlad Voiculescu, doamnele Raluca Prună, Costea, Dragu, Răducu, au intrat cu toții în Guvern. Alte zeci de personaje necunoscute ce lucrau la “Extern” au devenit șefi de Cabinete ministeriale, secretari de stat, directori sau consilieri de miniștri.
La Ministerul Culturii a fost numit Vlad Alexandrescu, un prieten intim al lui Mihai Răzvan Ungureanu. Şeful Fiscului-Preşedintele ANAF- a fost recrutat din guvernul MRU, fiind în acea perioadă secretar de stat la Finanţe. După patru luni, guvernarea lui Cioloș semăna ca două picaturi de apă cu guvernarea lui Ungureanu. Apoi, parcă la un semn, Cioloș a început să strânga legăturile cu USR, partidul lui Nicușor Dan. Și acest partid a beneficiat de consultanţa și ajutorul unor personaje cu experiență “externă”, cum ar fi Matei Păun, strategul de campanie al USR, om de afaceri școlit în piețele financiare.
La fel, Manuel Costescu, finanţist la Londra, a fost numit secretar de stat în ministrul Economiei, mai exact-subalternul “Externului”- ministru Costin Borc, managerul companiei franceze Lafarge. Costescu a ajuns deputat USR plecând direct din guvernul Cioloș. La fel a procedat și Cristian Ghinea, fostul ministru al Fondurilor Europene din guvernul tehnocrat, care a ajuns apoi direct deputat USR.
Aceste personaje cu alonjă “externă” ce gravitau în zona lui MRU au trecut în tabăra lui Cioloș și apoi au devenit susținătorii intrării în politică a acestuia. Îi regăsim acum în ONG-ul lui Cioloș-Platforma 100 sau la USR. Este clar că sub ochii noștri ocupați cu scandalurile politice și cu dosarele DNA s-a desfășurat o amplă operațiune specială. Vechea clasă politică a fost distrusă cu dosare, în timp ce gruparea lui Cioloș a intrat puternic în arena politică. Însă, ghinion, vorba preşedintelui Iohannis, oamenii lui Cioloş au pierdut alegerile alături de PNL iar Ungureanu a fost dislocat de la conducerea SIE.
