Legăturile americane în elita de la Moscova au înăbușit mai multe inițiative politice
Trei scenarii americane pentru Ucraina, în viziunea ideologului Kremlinului.
Evacuarea Ambasadei Ucrainei de la Moscova și atacarea și ocuparea de către ucrainieni a unui obiectiv militar rus, care aparține Flotei ruse (stația de emisie radio din Ghenicesk, regiunea Herson, cu indicativul “МАРС 75”, n.r.) sunt semne de începere a conflictului militar dintre Federația Rusă și Ucraina, scrie pe pagina sa de facebook (în traducerea Deschide.md), politologul rus Aleksandr Dughin, care este și unul dintre cei mai influenți gânditori geopolitici ai Rusiei de astăzi.

În principiu, mai susține Dughin, Maidanul pentru asta a și fost organizat, iar SUA a pus din start problema intervenției militare.
Politologul dezvăluie scenariul după care a evoluat situația din Ucraina. “Puterea de la Kiev a fost acaparată de naționaliști, care au alungat forțele maritime rusești de la Sevastopol. În același timp au fost declanșate mai multe conflicte locale pe teritoriul Ucrainei. Pentru asta au și fost aduși naționaliștii radicali la guvernare, la Kiev. Funcția lor era să obțină puterea, „suspendarea democrației” și declanșarea conflictului cu Federația Rusă. Iar în rezultat Ucraina va deveni membru NATO, iar ulterior bazele americane și scutul antirachetă, amplasate la Haricov și Donețk”, spune Dughin.
Evident, scenariul de la Kiev n-a prins, întrucât președintele Vladimir Putin a făcut mai mulți pași, printre care alipirea Crimeii. Președintele Rusiei a câștigat timp și a creat condiții pentru alt conflict. Astfel, s-a început al doilea nivel – mediu. Acesta presupune epurarea activiștilor ruși din sud estul Ucrainei. Iar pentru acest lucru nu mai e nevoie de ultranaționaliști. Pentru aceste operațiuni vor fi utilizate Serviciul de Securitate și Ministerul de Interne al Ucrainei. Asta în timp ce Rusia va rămâne în Crimeea. Iar estul și sudul intră sub controlul Ucrainei. Eventualele ciocniri militare dintre Rusia și Ucraina în Crimeea, dar și în mai multe regiuni ale țării va duce la intervenția SUA. În consecinţă, Ucraina fără Crimeea va deveni membru NATO, iar relațiile Kievului cu Moscova se vor înrăutăți.
Dacă și această variantă nu va merge și Rusia dislocă militari în sudul Ucrainei, pe litoralul Mării Negre, SUA va purcede la pasul următor: nivelul minim. Acesta presupune declararea în afara legii a tuturor teritoriilor ucrainene aflate sub controlul militar rusesc. Or, în acest sens, toate statele membre NATO vor fi obligate să ia măsuri radicale în condițiile în care SUA vor da ultimatum nuclear statelor europene. Astfel, Ucraina de vest va pune la dispoziție teritoriile sale SUA pentru amplasarea sistemelor antirachetă.Dughin susține că planurile strategice ale Washingtonului nu sunt atât de proaste în condițiile schimbării puterii de la Kiev. Iar realizarea uneia dintre variante ar fi un succes pentru SUA. Însă Washington nu ia în calcul și evoluțiile politice de la Moscova.
În urma “Primăverii Rusești” se deschid noi perspective politice la Moscova. Iar serviciile secrete ale SUA pierd controlul. “Rusia nu și-a utilizat tot potențialul geopolitic, deoarece legăturile americane în elita de la Moscova au înăbușit mai multe inițiative politice”, a afirmat Dughin.
Politologul de la Moscova susține că principala resursă a Rusiei este cea intelectuală și patriotică, care au fost marginalizate multă vreme. În același timp, o ripostă a Rusiei la planurile de peste Atlantic este crearea unui Cartier General Euroasiatic.
